The property is the pinnacle of the "landlord special," - uneven plaster, a patchy paint job, our heat controls the temperature in TWO units, snow removal is minimal at best, and I fully expect them to nickel and dime our security deposit away when we move out. There is NO WAY that I would recommend living in ANY property owned by ProCasa, we can't wait to leave. EDIT: When I brought my complaints to Loyda and called out her total lack of empathy, her response was that we could get out of our lease early - REALLY human and professional behavior
