That's why I believe choosing a trustworthy and capable realtor is one of the most important decisions you'll make. A few friends who had recently bought homes recommended Biekhal to me. I initially contacted her simply to learn more about the home-buying process. After asking me a few questions about my financial situation, she told me we could begin right away. Honestly, I couldn't believe it. At the time, I only had a few thousand dollars in my pocket. Owning a home in the United States seemed like something far beyond my reach. Four days after the close and multiple calls to my bank regarding my loan balance, I called B&W. No one could help me and had to track the closer down! Once they found her, she called me to tell me I should never insinuate that she was stealing my money. I told her the money was supposed to be wired first thing the next day (I had an afternoon close and B&W doesn't wire money in the afternoon) and that is wasn't. She never reached out to my attorney or my B&W realtor to say she couldn't locate the wire instructions and needed them again. She couldn't even bother to provide a tracking number so I could verify that she sent the money. I would stay away and go anywhere but here!
