So there's a fee we can't afford to cancel a service we've had numerous issues with since we got it, OR a fee to keep/move this service that we no longer want. There is a disconnect between the communication that the technicians told us during initial installation and what we're being told now on the phone. Our whole experience with this system has been absolutely awful. I DO NOT recommend anyone else sign up for it.

He's knowledgeable, patient, and extremely consultative. He explained everything to my parents and sister without drowning them in technical jargon and made sure they actually understood how everything worked. The best example: we live about 16 miles from the closest Best Buy. During the installation, Abisal realized we needed a better Wi-Fi router to get everything working properly and avoid latency on one of the cameras. A lot of people would have shrugged, gotten the cameras mostly working, and called it a day. Not Abisal. This bloke drove 16 miles to Best Buy, got the router, came back, and finished the job properly. He absolutely clutched up. And with Gavin Newsom apparently committed to keeping the home-security industry in business, I'm glad we have the cameras. Jokes aside, Abisal is the epitome of customer centricity. He takes ownership, does things the right way, and genuinely cares about the end result. Central Coast Tech has been incredible for our family. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
