We'll, no matter how much you throw into it, it doesn't come with the actual letter sewn on. I had no idea where to start, so "to Yelp I go". I find Grandeur Print Studio, right here in my beloved town. I called, and he answered right away (no telephone tree or AI, but the real person). I discussed my needs, he said "no problem". I dropped off the jacket (only a few blocks from my home). The owner was very kind, very professional, and easy going. 3 days later, I got a text the job was done and ready for pick up. He even took the time to send me a link for pin backing that are more permanent. I picked up the jacket and his work absolutely mirrored the big company where I got the jacket from. His price, VERY fair, if anything I got the better end of this deal. I would not hesitate to use him again for any job! Pretty terrible experience. I tried to set up an order I was…read morehoping to pick up 5 days later. This was already considered a rush order that came with additional fees. After spending almost an hour setting up an order on their website (with an AI assistant constantly trying to push stuff on you), there was no confirmation email. I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. I got a text on my phone the next day, reading: "Thank you for reaching out to The Best Screen Printing company. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. I never write reviews, but here I felt compelled to.

She went above and beyond to help me with what started as a relatively small print order, treating it with the same care and professionalism as if it were a major project. The finished product was beautiful, high-quality, and exceeded my expectations. A few days later, I realized I had forgotten to include several other people who had been added to my meeting. I contacted Lisanne and asked if there was any way she could accommodate a last-minute rush request. Without hesitation, she understood the situation, expedited the order, and once again delivered a beautiful finished product right on time. That level of customer service is rare today. Professional, responsive, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping their customers succeed. From now on, Corona Print Shop will be my first choice for all of my printing needs and special events--whether the project is large or small. Thank you, Lisanne, and thank you, Corona Print Shop, for your exceptional service. I look forward to working with Corona Print Shop on many future projects. Thank you again for the outstanding service! Hugo
