After living at Sentral for several years, moving away to Seattle, and now recently returning, I can confidently say there's no place like it. From the moment we decided to move back to Denver and reached out to the leasing team, we felt completely supported. This wasn't just another apartment search - it truly felt like we had a team behind us helping to make our cross-country transition as smooth as possible. Clark (General Manager), Allisyn (Leasing), and Garrett (Sales Manager) went above and beyond to help us find the perfect unit, answer every question, and make the entire process feel seamless and personal. Once we arrived, the concierge team has been unbelievably helpful - Connor, Eliza, Max, Joseph, and truly everyone we've interacted with has made such a difference. They've helped us manage a mountain of packages, coordinate furniture deliveries using the freight elevators, and supported us with all the little things that come up during move-in. Huge shoutout as well to Tony and the entire maintenance team - they've responded quickly, kindly, and have helped us make the unit feel like home from day one. The property itself is just as beautiful and functional as I remembered: the Grand Hall is perfect for working remotely, the pool and hot tubs are a dream, and the new coffee machine is such a bonus! SUMMARY: This is a great place to live - the staff is incredible, the amenities are abundant, and the building is quality construction - no skimping on stupid stuff like not enough network jacks or cheap appliances that don't work well. THE BUILDING: This building is a quality, relatively new construction. Sound insulation is excellent. Community spaces are amazing, including conference rooms, a theatre room, a spectacular and large gym, hot tubs (2), pool, and big open spaces. You will not be disappointed! INTERNET: Wiring of network cabling and coax is excellent, as well as how they installed the data comm boxes in the apartments. If you want a high speed quality internet option, you've got great 1gbps symmetric options with Century Link (watch out for Comcast though, as they're more likely to play games violating net neutrality). Be advised that you can't get a static IP from CenturyLink in this building. MAINTENANCE: Tony and his team are AMAZING. I can tell Tony is dedicated to his work and cares about the property and keeping residents happy. STAFF CALL OUTS: I'm sure I'm missing some names I should add, but here are a few that stand out: (my apologies if you're reading this and I missed your name!) - ALL of maintenance, plus Estaban - Volkan (senior leader) - Clark (general manager) - Garrett (leasing manager) - Max (concierge) & everyone I've worked with in concierge team - Allisyn & everyone I've worked with in leasing team OPPORTUNITIES FOR FURTHER IMPROVEMENT: - You will have limited access to submit work orders, park, and access other critical resources if you are unable or unwilling to install apps (there's no general browser access from a normal computer). I strongly encourage ensuring all residents can access these critical systems. - While the property is well maintained, it is starting to show its age in some places. A great community to live in! Sentral Union Station Denver offers some of the best amenities in the area, including a heated pool and 2 hot tubs with tons of padded lounge chairs for lying out during Colorado's often sunny days. The pool area is open year-round from 7 am to 10 pm. If you like to work out but don't have the time or desire to travel to a standalone gym, there's a large, advanced 2-level gym with TRX, yoga, and boxing (open 24 hours a day). A massive two-story great room connects the three residential towers in the middle on the 4th and 5th floors inside, and there's an addition outside deck on the 6th floor. A huge commercial marble kitchen (can be reserved for parties), including numerous sitting/eating/working areas, a fireplace, and a reading area. Outside, between the 6th-floor sundeck and the main 4th-floor pool deck, there are 4 fire pits and 8 grills, with additional tables and seating. There's an indoor dog-walking area (and tons of dogs in the building), there are rentable storage units/lockers (located in the corners of the parking garage), three enclosed work/meeting areas you can reserve, and there's a movie theater you can reserve for no charge. There are three levels of secure parking. You can pay monthly to get a dedicated spot, or you can rent spots hourly/daily via the Parkade app. Don't worry about your packages getting lost. Sentral uses Parcel Pending for effortless, secure reception of your packages. Each unit has coded keyless entry, and for the building's exterior doors and elevators, you can use either your code or a key fob. As a third option, the Butterfly app can open the exterior building doors with your phone. Plus, there's at least 1 concierge member at the Wewatta entrance 24 hours a day. The units feature gorgeous kitchens with swan neck faucets, thick high-grade quartz counters, tons of cabinet space, durable vinyl water-resistant wood-like flooring, attractive tile bathrooms with quartz counters, porcelain tubs, and/or beveled glass-door showers with rain heads. All the closets are equipped with Elfa platinum shelves and hangar rods by The Container Store, which you can customize to your liking, without any tools. Additionally, I bought Elfa wheeled drawers and hooks to maximize the space. There are security guards at night, and overall, thanks to sturdy doors and digital codes that need to be entered (unlike some buildings), the building and garage are highly secure. One major amenity is being located above Whole Foods (and CVS), and all 9 of the resident elevators drop into the Whole Foods parking lot, plus there's one dedicated "Whole Foods elevator" that goes in and out of the store directly. As if all this were not enough, the location is prime. You're a few minutes walk to Union Station Terminal, which can get you to the airport in 38 minutes for $10. Sentral is 15-20 minutes by car from Cherry Creek, a 10-15 minute walk to Ball Arena, a 30-35 minute walk to Empower Field at Mile High, and a 15-20 minute walk to Coors Field. Sentral is surrounded by a good number of coffee, food spots, and bars, and King Soopers is a block and a half away. There's free coffee in the building from 7-11 am every day. Perhaps best of all, you're about a 7-8 minute walk from the South Platte River and Cherry Creek trail and numerous parks. And of course, the foothills and mountains are easily accessible by car or train. The front desk concierge, service, housekeeping, leasing, and management teams keep this large 3-tower community (with close to 600 units) running well around the clock. Downtown, there are a lot of new apartment buildings, but in my experience, there's not much that can compete with Sentral which is why I've been here three years and counting. read more

I've planned 1200+ weddings in the past 7 years and deal with hotels constantly. This hotel is deliberately misrepresenting their room pricing to game the Google algorithms (legally false advertising) and rip off customers. When I reached out to book a wedding block, the event coordinator Karisma said I could lock into a traditional block, or she could send me a "Discounted Wedding Booking Link", this link was for $200 rooms which was a great rate so I decided the block wouldn't be necessary. Literally a couple days later, after half the group booked at this rate, the link jumped to $400 a night. I realized then what had happened - I reached out when the algorithm had put their rooms at a low rate ($175ish a night), so in order to not allow me to lock in my group at this rate, they offered the "discount link" (without stating that it was prone to pricing changes). When I reached out, asking if we could do a block at the original rate, of course, Karisma first acted like there was an issue with the link, dragging things out for a couple weeks (this is standard, they want you to just give up) and then finally said no, the rates had changed. Right now on Google they are listed again at the $200 rate, but Karisma says we can't lock into that. Even when I try to book on my own - it jumps to $400. Anyway - obviously this is illegal, so I'll be reporting them to Denver Consumer Protection. Maybe by the time you read this they will be running an ethical business. read more

I live at the Sentral Denver property. The front staff has been rude since I moved in. I have been in and out of town helping my brother who has cancer through his treatment. A nasty staffer name Eliza called me to tell me she was sending my mail back. I tried to explain why I wasn't there and she would cut me off saying, 'what you want me to send your mail back?". I would begin to explain again and asked if we could find another solution and she would say "let me tell you your options, your options are that I send your mail back. I had to hang up on her because she wouldn't let me speak. I talked to management and no one has done anything. The girl gives me crazy looks each time I see her. I pay $3200 a month. This has been the worst experience of my entire life. I moved into my new apartment, which the locks on my door did not work from day 1 and was not fix within the appropriate amount of time which later caused a break-in, where a homeless person on drugs held me captive. The front desk, which was not properly trained let the individual up with seeing that they were not on my lease and on my guest list. 2nd, the unit I moved into didn't have a proper working fridge and freezer, microwave, and dishwasher and was not fixed until over four months into my lease. In that time I had to use my neighbors appliances which was completely inconvenient and embarrassing. I've reached out numerous of times with staff, managers and directors and was ignored (all with email and text receipts. On top of that, they were hiding erroneous fees into my portal, such as duplicate utility fees, each month and hundred dollar fees per month for rental insurance that I already had, an up charge on my rent amount that was $75 extra/month that was NOT ON MY lease. The staff will encourage you to set up automatic payment plans so they can cheat out the residences. It took a total of 12 months (day before my move out) to get these erroneous fees fixed on my portal after over 60+ email exchanges. However, they NEVER SENT ME THE MONEY THAT WAS OWED TO ME FOR THESE MADE UP FEES YET. I'm owed about $750+. LASTLY it took 135 days to get my security deposit back after reaching out a total of 14 times and paying to send a certified letter to them. read more

When I first toured Sentral, roughly 18 months ago, I was thrilled. A beautiful building, situated right at the heart of downtown, with a great pool, above a Whole Foods? I signed up without hesitation. Little did I realize at that point, I had embarked on the worst leasing experience I could imagine. Building : To their credit, the Sentral building is great. The common areas, gym, and decks are some of the best of any building I've rented in Denver. While there is clearly some deferred maintenance, both on the pools (chipped tiles, frequent outages), and in the gym (frequent broken treadmills), managing a large complex like this is difficult. The location is fantastic, and easily accesses the rest of downtown Denver. Had it been for the building alone, I would have continue to renew without concern. Leasing : Leasing is where my experience began to turn sour, and quickly went down-hill from there. Repeatedly (4x during a 18 month stay) I had issues with the Sentral team and their technology after they either billed incorrect charges to my account or failed to honor the terms of my negotiated lease: (twice, for failing to update a back-end system after I had updated my rental insurance in the portal, and kicking off an automated and, in my opinion, usurious $100/month charge for their own "rental insurance policy", once by going back and manually removing a concession that I had negotiated with a leasing agent, which resulted in the appearance of my account being 9 months overdue, and once by failing to update their back-end system after my lease renewal to attribute my existing leased parking space to my unit, resulting in the towing my vehicle from my registered spot, with the parking tag still hanging in the dashboard. None of these issues were caught by Sentral. If I had not been vigilant in watching for incorrect charges on my statement, I suspect they would have continued to bill me without notification. Resolution of these issues always took months, and Sentral leadership failed to take accountability, always blaming "past staff who had since been laid off for these types of errors", or on "them being a start-up and still figuring things out." While eventually, they did eventually remove fraudulent charges and offer compensation for towing the car (although they did then want to bill me, at full-rate, for my parking space for the period of time that my car had been towed and was sitting in a tow-yard), it always took months of constant reminding of management, and management failed to offer any assurance or concrete steps that indicated that these types of problems would not continue. I lost complete trust in Sentral Management's ability to abide by the terms of the leases they offer. Either they need to figure out their technology, hire better people, or both, but until then, the building quality is simply not worth the stress and hassle of having to resolve mistakes like this every 3 months or so. Security: Security is also a massive issue at Sentral. The building consists of three towers (Wewatta, Chestnut and 18th St), and the 18th St entrance is rarely, if ever staffed. This often results in non-residents, often entering the building by ghosting behind existing residents, and sleeping in the 18th St lobby or conference room. It was not uncommon to frequently run into uninvited, unhoused guests in the building. The 18th St intersection was (as of Summer 2023) a frequent gathering place for individuals to use illicit substances, and that usage often made it's way into the building itself. Beyond that, the building also utilizes a key-less pass-code system, with each resident being offered a code to allow them access to the building. This system in and of itself presents massive security risks. Did someone look over your shoulder to see your code? They can now enter the building, enter your apartment, and access everything you own. The only rationale, I can fathom, behind them choosing this objectively poor security solution, is to allow them to "home-share" or short-term rental, their apartments to visiting guests, but it results in an objectively worse experience for existing long-term renters, and massive security risks. Summary: Unless you want to watch your statements like a hawk, and risk the potential that a back-end system mistake will result in your vehicle being towed, your account being marked delinquent, or your being charged incorrectly, I would strongly recommend looking at some of the better-run down-town apartment complexes (like The Confluence, AMLI Riverfront-Green, or Cadence). Avoid Sentral at all costs until they figure out how to operate a building like this. read more

Tonight I want to close the drapes. The are rolled up to around 10 ft off the floor. There is no curtain cord, no remote, no wall switch. I speak with my wife who comes out and, unsuccessfully looks for the same. We try to call the front desk, from what the number we've found on Google. That # is for leasing. They will reopen tomorrow. There is no paper given when checking in, no phone in the room, NO front desk number in the room. So, my kind wife walks down to the desk for me and finds the front desk person who explains it's a wall switch, and probably by a light switch. Say this room is 60 feet long. The refrigerator is 40 feet from the window. The small (3/4 inch) up/down switch is 50 feet from the window (and 4-5 feet from the bathroom). 50 feet from the window. No front desk number. Additionally, the body soap in the shower is empty. The shampoo is empty. Good luck if you come here read more

Don't stay here thinking it's a hotel. It's not. It's a crazy corporate apartment building with keypads everywhere. I check in and get my passcode to enter my room. There are people staying in my room. Sorry I walked in on you! I go back and get assigned another room. I have to enter my password multiple times. For example, once to enter the building, another to use the elevator, then I walk across to another elevator, then the last time I enter my password to get in my room. On my first morning I'm eating breakfast and another couple walks into my room. So not only do I have that mishap, but they do too. I guess my password can be entered for other rooms? I don't know. But I'm not happy. The motto of this place must be "the cheapest". What kind of furnishings should they buy? The cheapest! Over and over. This is the best example of corporate greed. The staff was incredible and greeted myself and my dog by name each time we passed by. Cleaning crews were constantly throughout the building and the entire property felt like a five star resort. I've lived here for over a year, and was so excited to move in. About six months in I got a roommate, and a beautiful new apartment. But, shortly after they rented my parking spot out from underneath me. I came home at 11pm and found someone in my parking spot, and reported it as we have assigned spots. They called me back at ~12:30am and informed me I needed to move spots. I did the next day. When I was signing a new parking lease they found my original parking contract (emails from management confirming was it mine back to the original move in date were totally ignored). About two months later, it happened AGAIN! Thankfully I raised a little heck and didn't have to change spots. But to top it all off, it's been three days since someone broke into our apartment, and haven't gotten answers. They replaced the lock, and cleaned up some of the mess. The broken door is still "protecting" us. But we haven't gotten answers from ANYONE as to why security was not available for my roommate at 2:30am, while she(28yo) was home alone. Multiple calls were placed to the security number THEY provided, come to find out it's wrong, go figure. Police responded an hour later, but not a single word from management yet. We've reached out to multiple people, and haven't gotten a response. We've decided to get a Great Dane since they failed to protect her peace of mind. Very disappointed in the experience. The facilities are great, but not worth the hassle or safety risk. read more

Found this property and was very excited to reserve a long weekend here. The location, amenities and room pictures look very fresh, and the booked two bedroom stay was bargain priced. While their policies state that less than 30 days stays are charged 24 hours before arrival, they took a 30% deposit on my stay nearly 2 months before arrival. They emailed me three weeks before my stay informing me that the second bedroom would be set up with a sleeper sofa and workspace, and offering to change the reservation to a one bedroom or studio, but since the two bedroom was fine, I did not reply. Looking through my spam folder, I later found two Sentral emails, the first two weeks before my stay asking if they could assist, and the second four days later stating that they had downgraded my two bedroom unit to a one bedroom unit. I immediately emailed them and told them that I would prefer the two bedroom unit, but that if that was not available I would need more information on the one bedroom unit. The one bedroom unit would not work for the first (work from home) day of my stay, so I requested they shorten the stay to two days in the 1-bedroom, and requested an updated invoice. Was told that the one bedroom unit was 25% less than the two bedroom unit, but their first invoice actually charged more per night for the one bedroom (at 2 nights) than the two bedroom. I emailed a comparison of these charges, and suggested that perhaps the new invoice incorrectly charged for three nights instead of two nights, requesting that they verify the pricing. Having not heard back, the next day I emailed asking for an update and they added a very small further adjustment which made the one bedroom nightly rate about $15 less than the two bedroom nightly rate, no where near 25%. I pointed out that the website currently had a one bedroom at about half what they were requesting for this change, regardless they stated that the rate was correct. By that time, with all the confusion and changes, and given that they would charge nearly as much nightly for the 1-bedroom as the 2-bedroom, I requested that they cancel the reservation and refund my deposit. Will have to see how long it takes to get the deposit back. *UPDATE; full refund of deposit was posted on the credit card on the date of cancellation, so very prompt imho. The emailed cancellation confirmation continued the confusion by stating the cancellation was for a two bedroom unit. All of the recent emails specifically stated that the changed reservation was for a one bedroom unit (including pictures), so I am unclear what exactly they were offering me. Thought briefly about reserving the 1-bedroom unit on their website (at 1/2 the nightly adjusted rate they quoted), but after looking at the conflicting room specific amenities about the unit (500 sf, washer dryer included!, two queen beds, 1 bed 1 bath, 2 bed 2 bath), and thinking about all the confusion here, decided to pass. Overall, this whole thing was a hot mess. Their policy stated they wouldn't charge until 24 hours before arrival, yet they immediately took a deposit. Sentral chose to downgrade my unit from a two bedroom to a one bedroom, ultimately asked me to pay nearly as much for the one bedroom as the two bedroom (at nearly double what their website wants for a 1-bedroom), and then in the cancellation referencing a two bedroom unit. It's also a pity as their website shows they have a presence in a number of other US cities, and thought they would be worth checking out, but after this experience, no thank you. Won't be staying with Sentral, so looking for another downtown Denver stay; any suggestions? read more

Location is nice. But they closed down the pool for days during our stay. I get pools need draining and maintenance, but the fact that we weren't informed about this considering we booked here for the pool really sucked. Put up a sign in advance or something so we could've planned something else. We found out after going on a 5 mile hike in the mountains, we were really looking forward to some pool time after. read more

Everything is FINE, til it isn't. I hesitated in writing a review because being a transplant in Denver I don't have other experiences to compare it to. Let me preface this by saying, there are some great employees doing a yeomen's job. I think the issues have more to do with management not equipping employees with what they need to do their jobs, rather than a refusal to do their jobs. This is a beautiful "luxury" community on the surface. You pay premium prices for mediocre service from management and leasing. Everything is great, til it isn't. I moved to Denver in May and chose Union Denver due to its location and proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. There is a Whole Foods downstairs and a King Soopers down the street. Rockies Stadium is a stone throws away, Union Station is across the street, and the Pepsi Center is a short walk. It is perfect on paper. I have lived here for three months and I have had three separate a/c maintenance requests - all in the month of July - around the same issue. I think maintenance is overrun with requests, which is hard when you are contracted. There isn't on-staff maintenance to my knowledge. So, if your request isn't an emergency, like the a/c blowing hot air in the hottest month of the year, you should be fine. There is also no follow-up to maintenance issues to ensure it was actually completed, tell you what went wrong or how it broke, or ask if you have any issues. I understand it's a high rise with lots of residents BUT when you are paying as much as you're asked to pay and the customer service is subpar..then I think that it's time for the "luxury" community to reaccess its purpose. There are concierges here BUT they basically just run interference for leasing, in a bad way. You basically have to confront the leasing office to speak to anyone. They will answer email, but that's about it. I had to leave multiple messages for a call about my issues and still, we only spoke because I demanded to speak to someone, who promised to call me back but didn't (she sent an email instead). When I called back to try to smooth things over, she was standoffish. This could be just a Colorado personality thing, but I think customer service should be friendly and willing to help. Customer service (Management and Leasing) is sh*t. The employees outside of leasing are so sweet and helpful. They do what they can, but they can only do so much. They work to smooth over situations that are out of their control - which makes it even worse that management leaves them to deal with the issues that arise from their ineffective management. Communication is late at best, and lacking at it's worst. There have been a few safety issues on the property, from fires to falls, and residents hear about them hours later. I once learned the building had a fire from friends seeing it on Reddit - which I called the community for information and they just laughed it off. False fire alarms happen frequently, which is a bid deal when you're in a high rise (you just have to hope that there's not a real fire). Things are fine at Union Denver if you never have issues, then you see what the amenities are distracting you from: good customer service and value for the money you pay. I will not be renewing my lease, and sincerely thinking of moving before it's up. The location is great, but there are so many other properties downtown that this isn't enough to stay. read more

Hard to know where to begin with this review. I've been a resident for a couple years now, experienced some good and some bad. All bad recently. I feel compelled to write this new review after the shooting outside of the building last night and their continued response to issues that the residents raise. Some quick background: The building was originally built and operated by Holland, things were good. Stuff worked, staff and management were great. About a year ago, a company called Daydream bought the building for about double (~$315 million) what it was built for a few years ago--this will be important in a minute. Daydream is funded by Iconiq Capital, the private investment office of Mark Zuckerburg and a handful of other rich folks out west. Daydream's business model is entirely predicated on people renting out their apartment on Airbnb, for which they take a 60% cut and manage the whole process including cleaning etc... The GOOD: - The residents here are amazing, you'll meet a ton of great people. Unfortunately, a large portion of my friends here are moving out due to management. - The gym is the absolute best, I'll miss it dearly - For the most part the actual concierges, when you happen to find one, are awesome. Unfortunately they're extremely short staffed and deal with a lot. - Good location obviously - Coffee machines are a nice touch Reasons why you WOULDN'T want to live here: Since Daydream took over, things have gone poorly, to say the least. The management staff is often rude and unprofessional. Things are constantly broken for weeks or even months at a time. And to WIth COVID, their business is not doing well since people aren't traveling as much. In response, they have systematically been reducing and removing amenities you would expect from the 2nd most expensive building in downtown Denver. Here are some highlights of things that have happened over the last 6-8 months: - They are encouraging people to travel from out of state and book apartments at Union on Airbnb, even during the pandemic. The people that book these have no limitations on amenities, while the actual residents are not allowed to bring guests to the pool, grill, etc... - They attempted to illegally install recording devices in all of the residents apartments. They backed down when people went to the news. (see photos) - There are no longer concierges/door staff at 2 of the 3 towers, at all. - As a result of having no door staff, homeless people break into the building all the time, sometimes in the stairwells, sometimes in the hot tub where they shave their legs (see photo for proof), sometimes in the common areas - Bike theft from the "locked" bike room - Residents cars messed with - The door to the 3rd tower was broken for over a month. 33% of the residents could not enter through their main entrance (see photos for proof) - Grills were broken for close to a year while they constantly told us they were working, multiple times. Overall, many residents have complained about the building being unsafe as they've removed much of the door staff. It had a good run, I'm grateful for the time I had living in the building where it was run well and all of the great people I've met. Some friends are moving to the Platform so that's probably where I'll head next since it's still owned by Holland and not daydream. read more

This building is terrible. Lived here over three years and it has significantly deteriorated under "Daydream". nothing works and there have been weeks where AC and water was out. Frequent security breaches with homeless and gang parties in the Airbnb's. The management is a Zuckerburg backed start up that only cares about Airbnb-ing in middle of pandemic. gangs and out of state guests have parties every weekend while residents suffer. My unit smelt like sewer for months and management just told me to take out my trash. Turns out they knew there was an issue with stale AC air backing up into too floor units but gaslighted me. management handles every issue with gaslighting and threats against residents. Leasing agents sleep with residents and share that they post fake reviews and offer concessions to residents willing to post positive reviews on google. terrible place read more

THIS BUILDING IS UNSAFE - The Union Denver team has decided to reduce the concierge staff in each tower to just one tower. That seems fine except on a near weekly basis there have been security issues. So far I have either seen or heard of homeless people breaking in to unstaffed towers to SHOOT UP in the bathrooms, bathe in the dog wash, steal coffee from the coffee machines, and BATHE IN THE HOT TUB. I do homesharing at the Union and the experience is terrific. Elizabeth Kinkopf manages the daydream rental program, and it is a great way to earn some extra income. She made an otherwise complicated process extremely easy and intuitive. The Union staff all around is one of the best in Denver. Five stars, all around. read more

Beware the fake 5* reviews with no substance or of those who stayed 2 days on Air BnB. Mgmt floods sites with fake 5* reviews every so often as their rating craters with real reviews. Mismanaged and irresponsible. You do not get the value for the high price you pay. Value has declined in the 5 years I've been here. Promised amenities and service quickly tanked with Sen+ral. Mgmt's customer experience team should be ashamed. You must wake these people up and remind them to do their jobs and then they try to talk you away and avoid service. Only exception is the Maintenance team, who work like dogs and provide the only good service. I've contacted Mgmt about these issues many times over the years and they play dumb and fail to improve, shun responsibility with irrelevant excuses or try to pawn me off to someone else. Mgmt is way more concerned with their digital marketing and phony 5* reviews than with real service to paying customers. Don't be fooled by empty words and smiles. Judge by actions and value you receive. Promised us Towel Service in the gym but NO TOWELS for months. Amenity you pay for but never get. NO HAND SANITIZER in the gym for months. Another dereliction of routine duty. The gym is gross, staph infection is a high risk b/c Mgmt doesn't provide basic sanitary supplies. Used to be 4 gourmet coffee machines. Now only 2 and they're frequently out of order b/c Mgmt doesn't service them often. They RUN OUT OF COFFEE and I'm told too bad, "they're ON A BUDGET" and we're lucky to have any at all. This is an amenity we pay for, yet they won't even buy enough coffee beans. They act like we're strangers and our amenities are "complimentary" while supplies last, as if the cash that pays for everything around here isn't coming from us, the paying residents. Homeless intruders in the building a lot. SECURITY IS BAD here, buildings not secure. Homeless take baths in 4th floor jacuzzis. There was a hobo sleeping in the gym on the 5th flr, who'd been smoking cigs in there all night; no Concierge around so called it in and the intruder was still there an hour later. A LUNATIC INTRUDER broke into the fire box, set off the alarm, and destroyed the lobby with an extinguisher. Mgmt learned nothing, absence of security/concierge continues. The perimeter has homeless camped out and people doing drugs. Always trash, urine, vomit piles, and diarrhea sprayed on the ground outside our doors. NO CONCIERGE ever in my building. Promised a Concierge at the front desks of each building. I find homeless in here before I find any Concierge. I witnessed mgmt post someone at the Concierge desk for 15 minutes while an agent was giving a tour. After the tour passed to highlight the Concierge presence, the person at the desk packed up and abandoned the station. You will not get the Concierge that you're promised. Mgmt is lying about that. Concierge used to dress business professional. Under Sen+ral, if you can find one, they dress like roadies for a metal band or like they're going to a ball game or a BBQ. Unprofessional. With no Concierge in your building, look forward to deliveries getting missed/lost. Those are also the buildings that get the break-ins from homeless and crazies. Lots of shootings. Mgmt claims to value Safety but gives no heads up about the murders on our block. We had police here screaming that they're going to break down a fugitive's door. Police tape up at an apartment on my floor. I assumed a home invasion or a rape, don't know, Mgmt ignored when I asked. Pee, poop, and vomit around the bldg & elevators on the reg. Noise in the apartments is bad. You hear/feel every step your neighbors above and adjacent take. Doors slam ridiculously hard and rock nearby apts. Gym is in building 3. People with poor etiquette in the gym drop heavy weights. Drop weights midway thru a deadlift, shakes the whole building. Building 3 hallway vents stink like somebody farted rotten eggs into litter a box. read more

Updated - This place is SO wonderful. I was having some maintenance issues and saw Ray Maestas in the hallway. I asked if he could help, and he was more than willing to fix my problem. I didn't even have to place a request. He just came in and fixed it. Was a really nice guy and went above and beyond. Love living at Union Denver. Besides how nice the building is, the staff really makes it worth while. Also the guy up front named Sam is extremely helpful also! read more

I moved in to Union Denver about a month ago. Living here has been exceptional. The building is always clean - because it's constantly being cleaned! Surrounding apartment walls are concrete so I seldom hear the neighbors. The garage seems secure. I have not seen anyone in the garage that has looked out of place. Security works around the clock in each building entrance to ensure safety of the residence (the security guards are friendly!). In addition, the entire team at Union Denver go above and beyond to guarantee an excellent place to live. You can tell they truly care about the residents and the property. I would highly recommend living here if you are looking in the area. Shout out to Austin from leasing for a seamless leasing process and providing exceptional service! read more

I've lived here for going on 3 years now and the only reason I am still here is because of the property itself. The management, staff, and corporate is an absolute nightmare. They are some of the most racist, inconsiderate, people I have had to deal with. The community is mostly Caucasian and other non black Americans and the level of contempt these people show for Black Americans is through the roof! I've have experienced several encounters of racial discrimination and they pretend it doesn't exist! I've been harassed by staff members in emails and they still work here! Do not book this accomodation unless you want your accomodation cancelled the day before your stay because they knowingly overbook their rooms. The only solution they offered to avoid us being stranded without accomodation was to tell four people to squeeze in a one bedroom apartment. read more

My parents stayed at sentral for the weekend, I met Dani and Bree at the front desk, they were amazing and so helpful, knew the area. I also met Alex who sent me to a couple great live music spots and entertainment, he even sent my parents with some drink tickets. And coming from Vermont and him being from the east coast made me and my parents feel at home. I live in Denver and now I wanna live at sentral. read more

Overall, the building continues to offer a great experience for busy professionals like me. The building manages short-term rentals (Airbnb). I just went thru the onboarding for this and it was great. The license application had some hiccups (the city licensing board) and Liz from the daydream team went above and beyond handling the issues for me while I was working. read more
