Taiwan was the first place where I had a Cha Latte & I had one here. It was strong. The place is on the feminine side & lots of woman like to sit here. Great spot for some healthy lunchtime choices…read more Lunch deal was a bit pricier than normal, but featured some nice choices. Light salads through to small pasta and egg dishes, a broad selection. Service was friendly and attentive. Food came out fast, and in sequence. There was no hurry up at the end of the meal - the staff topped up my tea, encouraging me to linger. I had the soup of the day - mushroom - which was properly seasoned and tasted delicious. My main was the Prawn and Poached Egg Pasta on chilli oil linguine. A hit with me, and sized so that you don't feel bloated at the end of the meal. The lunch set included a choice of teas - just a teabag serving, topped up graciously by the staff. Happy to go back or recommend to others.

The service was quick and friendly. I ordered the eggs benedict with salmon and they came with toasted brioche instead of English muffins which although still tasted delicious was not quite the same. I tried their vanilla hazelnut milkshake which was really good (not overly nutty) and they have a good mix of coffees and fresh juices on their menu.

Only a stone's throw away from the Olympia Station, this place is so small that it's easy to miss. For folks looking for a quiet place to chat or some caffeine with a side of WiFi, this place fits the bill. Bear in mind, The Brew Job is no Starbucks. There is no indie music or up and coming artists playing in the background, or a fancy gift card for future purposes. The layout is narrow with super small tables and an even smaller tiny counter. Conversations are bound to be overheard, the smell of the coffee will permeate the room, and patrons are typically in and out constantly. Thankfully the staff is both efficient and friendly. It's a cash only operation, but it's nice knowing they also take Octopus cards. While the cappuccino and ice coffee are my go-tos (under $40), the real motivation for being here is their reasonably fast WiFI and solid, intimate meeting space. There is a parking garage across the street and some bicycle parking areas for commuters. Don't come here in a group of course, but for solo sipping and/or some intimate conversation, this is a quality neighborhood spot.

It is quite a small place and recommended to groups larger than 3 people. The espresso is quite mild and slightly sour with a tense of fruit aroma. This is definitely a good place to slow down in a busy city and the place to go for people who appreciate third generation coffee.

Studio Caffeine is a great spot to get a well-made fry up/English breakfast in a few different…read morevarieties along with some strong espresso to wake yourself up. The restaurant is located right on Temple Street, easy to find. The inside is small, cozy, and clean, decorated in a rustic style with maybe 10 tables or so. When I arrived at about 10:30 AM on a Saturday there were several open tables, but by the time I left (a little after 11) the restaurant was full, so you may need to wait a bit if you arrive during rush times. The ordering process is order-at-the-counter style, with a staffer bringing your food and/or drinks when they're ready. Like many places in Hong Kong, Studio Caffeine does not seem to have drip coffee available, so if you're just a plain black coffee drinker like me, you'll have to be okay with an Americano or a shot of espresso. My Americano was pretty good, though not the best, but the prices here are extremely reasonable so no complaints. As mentioned, the English breakfast comes in a few different varieties. I went with the "Classic," which consists of scrambled eggs, baked beans, toast, bacon, pork sausage, and salad. Each item was very good (and again, excellent value for the price, though I would have liked to see maybe a little more protein and a little less lettuce) and I left the restaurant feeling full and satisfied. Overall, a fast and delicious experience at Studio Caffeine and I'd definitely recommend if you're looking for a fast western-style breakfast in the area.

When I saw the word 'brekkie', I immediately thought of Australia - it means 'breakfast' in their lingo. I'm thinking this cafe is possibly be Australian inspired :) This dish was prepared by the lady behind the counter with a small portable stove. I can feel the love as she delicately prepares this for us! We also ordered the Lavender Latte and the Matcha Magic. What is a Matcha Magic you ask? It is a Matcha Latte with a shot of espresso! Perfect for those who loves Matcha but also needed that caffeine boost lol. The Lavender Latte, surprisingly, does not have the usual overpowering lavender kick... it was very light and soothing. Recommendation: Would Why50 consider making a Lavender Mocha? ^^ Chocolate actually goes well together with the lavender taste ;) Keep up the great work!

We chose a small table outside, a Café Americano for me, and a tuna salad on a baguette to share. The coffee was good, but there was no artificial sweetener available. And the superb baguette also had me longing for what I miss from the East Coast - a crunchy exterior. Sigh. There were a few tables enjoying a late lunch and some coffee. To be honest, I came for the 3D latte art. Yes, it's definitely cool and worth it price tag once. But the coffee wasn't that special frankly and the location of this cafe isn't convenient whatsoever. The window seat view also isn't spectacular, but it's definitely an environment you can sit and relax in for a good while, especially on the weekends.
