We really enjoy the soaking pool here!…read more Typically, we'll stay a night or two at the hotel, and accessing the soaking pool at Ruby's Spa is included. You can also soak with the purchase of a service in the spa (massage, facial, nails). I find that the services are luxury pricing with slightly less than luxury service, so I skip them. It's a saltwater pool, kept below 101 degrees Fahrenheit. I know because I tested it to see if I was safe to soak while pregnant years ago; yes, I brought my own thermometer! Because that's what scientists do. You can bring in beverages from elsewhere on property but please not glass! The teahouse has yummy options but limited hours. You need a key to get in, and there's two large heated bathrooms to change in.

Edited to add a warning after a bad experience on 3/15/26. I was booked with massage therapist…read moreJerry for an afternoon session. When I turned from prone to supine, which is a moment every properly trained therapist handles by looking away and securing the drape, Jerry was looking straight at me. His eyes were right above the sheet line while my chest was uncovered. It was so disturbing and shocking I didn't know what to do, and immediately felt dirty and at fault for no reason. This is a basic, non-negotiable professional boundary, and he crossed it. I've filed a formal complaint with management and requested a refund, disciplinary action, and a policy review -- including offering clients the option of a same-gender therapist at booking. If you're a woman booking here, ask specifically who your therapist will be and whether you can request a female therapist. You shouldn't have to, but until management addresses this, protect yourself.

In the beginning of the text they said they would honor the groupon price but to please not buy the groupon and pay them directly. I thought that was a little odd. Then after they asked me the price groupon was offering I told them, they said okay, we began to book the appointment and then they came back and said they can not honor the price and to just buy groupon and pay that way. I was so confused by the end of this transaction that i just decided to find a different place to get a massage with my boyfriend.

It was not as highly offensive until the end when I turned over and needed to cover my face with the sheet and blanket. I immediately reported this to the front desk as I was leaving. The owner did not offer to discount the massage due to my experience. Instead, she quickly excused herself to "make sure I give him a mint before his next appointment". To make things even worse, on my next appointment when I needed to cancel two hours prior due to a personal situation I was told I would be charged $55 for the late cancellation. Although I typically don't go to this location, I had one of the best experiences here last week!…read more I stupidly booked a massage at this location instead of my usual one on Williams. I was booked for a 90 minute hot stone massage, a real treat that I only get every few months. When I arrived at my usual location on time, I was told that I was in the wrong place. I checked my email confirmation and to my surprise I had booked a massage at this location instead. Feeling frustrated with myself, I called this location and told them about the situation. They were super understanding, and said if I could make it within 30 minutes I could still get my 90 minute massage with no additional charges! I was thrilled and had such a phenomenal massage by Tatiana (I think)! She was incredibly flexible and responsive to my needs. She relieved my stress and even made me laugh a couple of times. She is an absolute joy and I highly recommend anyone get a massage from her. The only reason I give this four stars is because the walls are incredibly fun. The spa shares a wall with a variety of other buildings, and often I could hear other people talking from next door. Would for sure visit this location if I were in the neighborhood again!
