We ask for clarification and receive statements with just codes on it and no explanation. The most feedback we received was on our exit appointment (which we requested) which was at the beginning of November but just received another confusing bill in the mail. I know medical/insurance stuff can be confusing but this seems unnecessary. We get more clarity in billing from an emergency room visit than this. We do appreciate any help with our child's development but feel taken advantage of for the actual amount of time/communication we received versus how much we were charged.

That said, the new "intake team" is grotesquely incompetent, loses paperwork, can't identify ICD-10 codes, blames coworkers when simple tasks aren't done, and lies for days about when work that used to take NWRA desk staff five minutes is going to be completed. After giving them my business for years I gave up and am looking to go somewhere else for PT because the clerical staff's incompetence is standing in the way of me getting the therapy my surgeon prescribed. It's a shame the low-level workers are so awful because they have some of the best physical therapists in Salem. Too bad their data entry flunkies do everything in their power to prevent you from getting to work with them.

I tried to yank my hand back but he kept holding on to it like nothing happened. He would also bring up random questions like "What would your stripper name be?" Or say other inappropriate things. I went to the police and filed a report but the police said "we believe he is socially awkward so we won't press charges." You can not be socially awkward like that with clients. It is not okay. I have been too afraid to post my review but this is still tormenting me 2 years later and I don't want it to happen to anyone else.

(85 y.o. retired LEO) should pay all. 6 mos. later, now in my Florida home, I get collections agency text(no reference to PT NW) that I owe $518.96, several calls reveal PT NW didn't have my Medicare #, say sent me many e-mails I didnt get. No paper billing. Paid $#@! bill, then had to get dam # for them. Still needs follow up to see they rebill Medicare so I can recover $$ I didn't need to pay. Much room for improvement!

I called well in advance of the 24-hour cancellation window and spoke with Hannah. I asked whether my follow-up appointment could be converted to the initial visit, with the intention of scheduling a new follow-up appointment at a later date. I made it clear that I understood if this request could not be accommodated. During the conversation, Hannah was very rude and made me feel as though my request was an inconvenience. Her tone remained dismissive and annoyed, despite my understanding and flexibility. I work for a local hospital and fully understand the challenges associated with patient cancellations and no-shows. However, I provided appropriate notice and simply inquired about a reasonable adjustment. I felt as though I was being treated as if I were demanding special treatment, which was not the case. Due to this experience, I informed them that I would not be continuing care with their office and would seek services elsewhere.

I simply asked the clinic to hold my account until the matter was resolved, but instead of showing patience or compassion, I was discharged as a patient and accused of being verbally insulting. The reality is that I have only been treated rudely and unfairly by the clinic staff. Their lack of understanding and unwillingness to work with me has added significant and unnecessary stress while I am already navigating postpartum recovery and caring for my baby. Patients deserve compassion and respect, not to be dismissed during an ongoing insurance investigation. This experience has left me feeling unsupported and mistreated, and I hope no other patient has to go through what I have. Response : I am disappointed by the clinic's response. My reviews reflect my actual experiences as a patient and are not "harassment." The billing issue relates to an ongoing error with OHP, and I have been instructed not to pay until it is resolved.
