While waiting I decided to stop by the office (7/10/18) to see their product & ask a couple of questions, like what is PGT & low E, some big guy came from back of the warehouse & stood behind me while Aaron (nice young man) explained. Aaron gave me a 2nd quote on low-E, I left and to this date I've never received that call. I don't know what the problem is. I shopped around and talked to many many companies from the Home Depot (Expensive) to the "builders grade" manufacturers in Hialeah (cheapest). Some of them were very good, others were pretty much scammers. I even visited the But I wanted PGT windows, or something similar (CGI). I was set to go with another company (almost signed), until another vendor suggested I talk to Jim from M&A. I had talked to about 7 different companies, so I figured one more woulnt hurt. Jim came by the next day, measured and in his own words "played HGTV". I let him go crazy and pick the windows as if they were for his own house. I'm glad I did... he chose LOW-E for the rear, tinted for the front... etc.. His quote was in line or cheaper than all competitors (except Hialeah) but I wanted PGT. He had the best price for PGT. My windows were delayed, they were supposed to be installed in December but were installed in January. They didn't call me until late which was a bit annoying, but I was ok with it (it was December after all). However once my windows arrived it was amazing... one of the best crews of workers I have ever seen came to my house and did their job (led by a gentlemen named Geo). IT took almost a week to install the 15 windows and 3 doors. Everything was ready. They cleaned up after themselves every day, worked in an organized fashion and took care of my wood floors. They passed the inspection on the first try. They made a mistake with the front door and they owned up to it and fixed it no problem. I could not ask for better service: Jim, Angie, Geo.. thank you. I am one happy customer!

This HVAC company is very service oriented. I called Cooling Experts because my Bosch water source heat pump (air conditioner for a condominium unit) was not cooling properly. The person taking the call answered in a courteous manner, and documented the details I provided her. She then stated that a technician would be able to assist me within the next few hours, which was great considering I was calling in the afternoon, and in the middle of summer they are surely fairly busy. Less than 30 minutes later, another Cooling Experts representative called me back, and asked if I was available, as a tech was in the area. The company sent me a text with the tech's name and phone number, and he arrived shortly thereafter. The technician was able to quickly diagnose the problem, and let me know the necessary corrective actions they would use to remedy it. This is a professional, reputable company, and I recommend their services.
