The representative/owner of this business is EXTREMELY rude. My boyfriend and I went to a small eatery and while enjoying our dinner, this guy walks in with his dog in tow. As they approached the table next to us, his dog (natural instinct with the smell of food) stuck his nose to my food. My boyfriend said "no" to the dog and then this guy turned around to see what was going on. When he realized what had happened, he laughed as if to "laugh off" the behavior of his dog. He did softly apologize, but this is totally not acceptable behavior in a restaurant where people are trying to enjoy their meal. My boyfriend muttered "that was f----- up" and the guy turned back around and said "EXCUSE ME?". My boyfriend tried to ignore him, but then he got louder and came back again with "I SAID EXCUSE ME?". So my boyfriend said "I said it was f----- up, you brought your dog inside of an eatery that clearly has ample outdoor seating, and then you let him sniff our food?" Then this guy yells, "DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT?" "DO YOU WANT TO TAKE IT OUTSIDE, LET'S GO". My boyfriend told him again that it was messed up that he brought his dog inside and clearly should have stayed at the outside seating area since he insisted on bringing your dog to a public eating establishment for his own satisfaction. At this point the guy YELLED on the top of his lungs while pointing his finger at my boyfriend, "YOU JUST SHUT THE FU-- UP!" At this point the whole restaurant got instantly quiet and were directing their attention to our table which was very embarrassing and for what, because we were just trying to enjoy a meal in peace? When the guy sat down at his table, he shoved the big dog under his table and forced it to sit there (for his own gratification) for the entire time he enjoyed himself with a table full of people. Clearly his dog was not having the time of his life like his owner was. Bringing your dog to an eating establishment is not fun for your dog. A dog's sense of smell is 1000x greater than ours and to bring them to an establishment to torture their sense of smell is a complete injustice to the dog. And then shove them under the table to sit there on the floor is yet another complete injustice to the animal. I am posting this on his business page because this is a clear picture of his high society character. Complete inconsideration for his own dog and anyone else around him. Tell me, based on this picture, does this dog look like he is having the time of his/her life? And by the way, the lady standing in the background with the baby in her arms had to stand there the entire time because not one gentlemen at the table would give her their chair. Again, judge of character or lack there of. So just know that you might be able to scream real loud in a crowd to get your demands met, but a public post on your business page about your character can scream louder and with no punches needing to be exchanged. And maybe you should think about how you act in public with your business shirt on with your web address facing me. I am an animal lover too, and I believe this is cruel and unjust punishment for an animal. They don't ask to be drug to a restaurant to be punished this way. The fact is they have no choice but to obey their masters, wherever their masters chose to drag them. You are probably also the guy that walks across hot pavement with your dog on a leash, because I know you are not carrying a dog that big across the pavement, let alone give a lady with a baby your chair. I am extremely appalled to witness the behavior of one of your staff who visited a restaurant a few days ago with his dog. The yelling and intimidation, conduct, threats and aggressive behavior and posture towards another patron/customer was unacceptable. Your staff need to be encouraged to respect others; and perhaps encourage them to go to counseling for their anger management to learn how to act in a public setting/atmosphere.
