I called the office and Denise said she was going to find out what happened and talk to the employee and call me back. She of course never did. I called back and she acted like we never spoke. Then she remembered we spoke but she had not done anything she told me she would do. I asked to speak to the owner and they would not even tell me his name. Denise mentioned what the employee did was not really a big deal and she acted like I was wrong for even complaining about it. I guess if the managers is like this then I am not surprised the employees are the same way. I attached a picture of the kid who was harassing me at 7 pm at night. I was alone with my two little daughters while he did that. I ran the other way and took a picture of him and their truck so I can call later. Little did I know that the office would not care about what happened lol. What a joke this place is. By the way. Floor they did looks as bad as the people who did it.

Took out his detection equipment and proceeded to try to locate the leak. After about 15 minutes set up and locating time He said he found the leak and let me listen on the head phones to the supposed water leaking out. He said it would cost me $1500 to fix the leak that he said was about 16" under the sod. I thought that was excessive. I decided to call another plumber to fix it they came out and dug where Rolston said the leak was, no leak. The new plumber from Drain to Drain Micheal Ennis dug down and found nothing, no leak at all. The water usage was a sprinkler zone valve on the north side of the house that was stuck open, Mike found it about 5 minutes. At the end of the job Mike charged me $500. for digging up non existent leak that Rolston said was there and would fix for $1500. and locating to actual leak that was about 100 feet away. He said that if he had not dug up the yard the bill would have been $150.00 including finding the real leak and the labor to fix the actual leak. Rolston was 100% scamming me with the BS of the leak in the yard. Mike thought that he merely turned up the volume on the head set to make the rumbling sound that I heard.

Both of them were very professional and carefully installed our new water heater with great care. They also took great care of our house in making sure to keep our house neat and clean during in installation process. In the end, the water heater was installed perfectly. Originally , my project was estimated at about $80,000 and due to change orders due to truss work etc.. jumped to around $154,000- I was still determined to finish this project despite the price increase but ARZ literally just walked away two months to completion.

But Gunnar and G&J Roofing roll in like Luke Skywalker before the first battle for the Death Star and says I handle stuff like this all the time. "I got you." In addition to the roof leak, there is also some stucco work that needs to be done, and as we get deeper into and peel back the layers, now it's like we are in Aliens, and they just had the first fight with the aliens and are trying to leave the planet and their transport crashes because an Alien got on board. It is bad in so many ways - cracks in the stucco allowed water to get in and cause rot around the windows plus some structural members need to be replaced. Most roofing companies would have pointed out my structural problems and told me to call them back when I get it all fixed, but not Gunnar - He's like Luke Skywalker's first appearance in The Mandalorian - he tackles each threat, one at a time, until the coast is clear. In short, I had severe water damage requiring a new roof, stucco work, and structural repairs. Gunnar and his team at G&J Roofing took it on when other companies didn't want to try. To make matters worse, we believe the boyfriend and owner named Kevin, actually stole a bicycle from our backyard! The job was never finished and they have been unresponsive, the quality of the work is laughable for the over $15,000 we paid, and the overall experience was below a rating of a 1. Within a two week period of time, between December 18, 2019 and January 2, 2020, out of a bidding contest of 8 different contractors, we selected MBR. Although MBR Services, Inc. has been in operation since 2004, we noticed that their reviews in HomeAdvisor amounted to a very few projects, each of which having consistently no fewer than five glowing stars. From the time we met Gustavo and Maurici, we were absolutely impressed by their combination of serious intelligence and passionate but respectful deportment. This certainly weighed on our decision in choosing them: their budget gave us at all times a detailed description of cost and timing. Our partnership was made even more enjoyable by their hard work and quickness to resolve unforeseen problems. From its onset and much to our own surprise, the project became in no small measure a total renovation of our condo unit. The problem began with a leak located in the kitchen sink; and then it turned out that mold was found. The result was that the entire air duct system, the walls, floors and ceilings had to be dismantled; and this further revealed that the plumbing and electrical systems needed to be brought up to code.
