This particular guy was the one that suggested the smoothie the other guy corrected him on. He remembered and I said do you remember when I said I didn't like ice and he said yes so then I showed him the bottle they gave me and showed him that it was ice. He asked what I wanted to do which confused me and I said um, I would like to switch it for a non ice of the same flavor. He immediately said we don't do returns. I said I get that but you guys made the mistake, not me. I don't want to return it I want to swap it out. He said I'm sorry we can't do that. I can give you 10% off on another one. I own a business and I hate returning or complaining about anything. If a restaurant messes up my order I just eat it. I told him he's about to lose a lot of business and he just shrugged like he didn't care. He is going to lose hundreds if not thousands over $14?!
