I went in for a classic pedicure and asked for her to file my nails and change the color, that's it! The technician was nice so I feel bad leaving this review, but the way she removed the gel from my toes was awful! She filed it down, put acetone and let it sit for a bit. Then she proceeded to peel off the old gel and tore the corner of my nail OFF. She then proceeded to say I had thin nails! I've been getting gel pedicures for a while now and NEVER has anyone tore a piece of my nail OFF! As a technician, even if my nail was thin she could of used a machine to remove the gel instead of tearing it off the way she did. I was so upset! She tried to tell me she would add a piece, which I declined so I just told her to cut what she could without leaving my nail too short. I will never return here. Maybe some folks like this method of removal but I did not and will not be returning for a pedicure. I will add the chairs were comfortable and I also got a gel manicure which he added so many layers too! There was one lady too that came by and was just talking to the technician who did my nails and the vibe just felt uncomfortable! I will never return!

Monumental Fail…read more Booked 2 basic pedis for 1:30 and arrived 5 minutes early and we were asked to come back later. 20 min later, we sit down for pedis. Someone starts with my BF first while I sat soaking in cold water/non jets for over 30 minutes. The tech finishes his pedi, then goes to eat her lunch in front of us while I am still waiting. Other staff is busy with the TV and incense display while I wait. Finally another tech finishes with a client and it's go time for me... By now, I have advised 3 techs that I no longer have time for polish due to waiting so long. Then cuticle cut too close and I am now bleeding. BF went to Raplhs while I finished my pampering/torture. My BF had some callus removal with a pumice block(sweet) But I did not get that offered. Could not wait to leave. And lastly, the poor nail cutting was the topper. Nothing straight, no filing... ugh.

Then another lady who was helping close up shop was lying and grabbed my wallet to have me pay before they close. She was lying about me having to pay before the terminal shuts down for the day. That the card reader shuts down right when they close. My nails were still wet when I grabbed my card. Very unprofessional. And then they ended up forgetting to charge me for the gel removal off my toes so they charged for the about 15minutes after they closed. Also the next day practically all the nail polish came off. Worst experience ever. Poor quality, very unprofessional, and liars.

I also got a sweet corn latte and it was so delicious! Unfortunately, 3 gel toes had completely fallen off that night and I had to go back the next day and get them fixed. They have stayed on now and I do like the look of my toes. It was just inconvenient to have 3 toes need to be fixed and take more time out of my day to drive back and get it fixed. But, I would come back so I can order a sweet corn latte and get my toes done.

Unfortunately, my last two visits with the owner were very disappointing. I paid $111 (including tip) for a gel manicure and pedicure on April 10th. Within just a few days (by April 14th), multiple nails were already lifting at the cuticle and beginning to chip. The gel application was also bulky and uneven. I hate to complain and I was just going to suck it up. But I spent $111 and worked up the courage to try to fix it. I called back respectfully to address the issue and was asked to come in today (April 14). During that visit, I was told to switch to regular polish instead of gel. When I asked about cuticle care, I was told that for my "skin type" they do not cut cuticles because I will bleed and that I should just wash my hands and the cuticles won't be visible. I was then also told that cuticle prep had already been done at my last visit, which was not accurate. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. The removal process left my nails extremely dry, with acetone placed directly on the skin, and the regular polish application was rushed, uneven, and poorly done (as shown in photos). The service was completed, but the final result was uneven and poorly done. At that point, I did not feel comfortable continuing the conversation or asking for further corrections, especially as another customer had arrived and the interaction had already become uncomfortable. I'm very disappointed, especially given the cost and the fact that I gave them the opportunity to fix the issue. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this salon. I will not be back.

I even called ahead to confirm your hours and was told you wouldn't be closing early. This kind of inconsistency is misleading and a waste of customers' time. If you're closing early, there should be clear communication and the signage should reflect that. I made the trip based on the information I was given.
