Hello although bit challenging on language barrier I was still able to place a catoring order for Christmas holiday to help ease the time on cooking. I used Fullerton location, staff was friendly. Picked up my trays yesterday and was definitely happy and delighted. I did congri, and yuca catering pans.Thank you. Vaughn

Take time and immerse yourself in some typical Cuban cuisine! Had some fried yuca with a garlic oily amazing as well some fried sweet plantains that were cooked perfectly, the Cuban and steak sandwich were flavorful ant toasted perfectly the only downfall was the attention to service it was Father's Day and took my Dad here for lunch they were not busy and felt the service was truly lacking the server only came by the table to take order and bring the food had to get up and ask for more water and napkins if you are looking for some good quality Caribbean flavors give them a try if your looking for good attentive service this may not be the place for you.

Well I heard about their Cuban sandwiches and wanted to try it this is the first time I walked into a restaurant where not too many people are there servers no English despite them being Spanish speaking and can't translate in regards to the service. So far food was good they gave me these sweet potato potato chips. Ambience history traditional typical Cuban with the flags and that Cuban Latino music. Some of the food was expensive I just wanted the sandwich I wanted to have the soup but it seems like I couldn't understand the waitress thus the three stars and for what I understood they were trying to get me to have a combination which I didn't hear for and was somewhat on a budget. So farther tamales are savory and big for $5.50 at the Cubano sandwich which was pretty decent other than that that was my dinner. I don't taste the wow of this place but it's not bad it's also not the best in regards to Cuban cuisine

The manager was so sweet to my mom and grandma, which they really appreciated, as we are going through some tough times. Them leaving in such a great mood really made my day, and is worth the 5 stars alone The food was great, and I understand the increase in prices, I've been a loyal pan fan for a few years now definitely can't go wrong with their ropa vieja and empanadas! Today I got papas rellenas with my jamón y queso sandwich. So yummy! Give them a try if you're in the area, and hit those congas to show them some appreciation !

The food was perfection! The service was amazing. Everything we had was delicious and everyone was so helpful. We were the only ones eating inside many took orders to go. But the ambiance was so fun and reminded me of my trip to Cuba. The coffee was delicious and I would order that everyday if I lived closer. Great place!

Their appetizer trio, super delicious! Would definitely recommend

My family and I love to try new restaurants out, and this one being so close to us, we decided to give it a try. Definitely a good restaurant, can always be treated with a smile, and very Cuban music playing over the speakers. Their is always a daily special, that is paired up with a drink that is half off (usually it is their mojito) the food is great, and they also have an awesome selection of Cuban dishes to choose from as well as sandwiches for those picky eaters. Will definitely come back for lunch anytime because of their half sandwich and soup special they have every day.

*pre covid review* This lovely Cuban Cafe was right around the corner from our Airbnb last summer and we decided to check it out. I ordered bistec encebollado with a café con leche and my BF ordered Pan con Tortilla de Jamon y Queso. We were in heaven when our food arrived. Everything smelled and looked amazing. We dug in and we knew we had discovered something dangerously delicious. My steak was cooked perfectly and the rice that came in the side was to die for. The fries on the side were also pretty tasty on their own. My BF was silent as he ate and I knew that meant he was too busy enjoying his food to tell me how good it was. A definite highlight for me though was the cafe con leche. It was rich, sweet, creamy and hot and just felt like the perfect drink to start my morning. I cannot wait for the next time we get to come here! Highly recommend.

Stopped in early with my daughter, and we both had sandwiches. But it seemed the waitress was too busy flirting with the staff and didn't come to our table after she served us.

Black Sesame Matcha Latte - while the black sesame graininess settled at the bottom expectedly, the matcha was clearly whisked well. There were no clumps of bitterness to be found. Despite sugar adjustments, this was still very sweet so I'd classify the spot as more desserty rather than strong matcha or a cafe. Though I'm happy to be proven wrong with their regular matcha in the future.

There was a line but fortunately the wait wasn't long and I saw a table open up just after I ordered. Food arrived quickly. I got the mango snowcloud and it was huge! Lushious cubes of ripe mangos sprinkled with mango popping boba surrounded the mountain of soft, pillowy, creamy, mango milk ice, which was topped with mango ice cream, further drizzled with mango sauce. We walked into a casual and modern space that works well for stopping by after a meal or meeting up with friends for something sweet. The interior is bright and clean, with a relaxed energy that makes it easy to settle in for a dessert without feeling rushed. The menu has a wide range of options, from shaved ice and mango sago to cakes and other fruit desserts, making it easy to find something depending on your mood. The mango mille crepe cake is one of the highlights and a great representation of what the shop does well. We ordered a slice and found the cake made with thin layers of crepe stacked together with cream and fresh mango, creating a texture that feels light while still being satisfying. The layers are soft and delicate, and the mango adds a bright fruitiness that keeps the dessert from feeling overly heavy or too sweet. The balance between the creamy layers and the fresh mango flavor made it feel more refreshing than a traditional cake, especially with the mango being ripe and fragrant. It was also one of the better choices for sharing, as the slice was generous enough to pass around the table. Beyond the mille crepe cake, the menu has plenty of variety with options like mango shaved ice, mango sticky rice, and fruit-based drinks. We appreciated that the desserts are presented carefully, making the experience feel more like a sit-down dessert stop rather than just grabbing something quick. The shaved ice was light and fluffy, with a good amount of mango and toppings that added texture without overwhelming the base. The fruit-based drinks were also refreshing and served as a nice palate cleanser between the richer desserts. The shop can get busy, especially after dinner hours, but the line usually moves along at a steady pace. The staff handled the flow efficiently, and the turnover was fast enough that even with a small wait, we were seated quickly. The seating area is comfortable, and the energy of the room stays lively without becoming too loud. Mango Mango Dessert is a solid Chinatown dessert destination if you are looking for fruit-forward sweets with a lighter, refreshing style. The mango mille crepe cake is a must-try for first visits and one of the items that best captures the appeal of the menu, offering a dessert that feels both visually appealing and satisfying to eat.

I wish I was able to travel with one of their cheesecakes but they require refrigeration. Anyhow the cheesecake itself was delicious super light, fluffy, and honestly felt like biting into a cloud. I had the salted egg but they had several flavor options that I would've loved to try if slices were available. The texture is what really stands out, and the flavor was unique and interesting in a good way. I couldn't quite put my finger on what it taste like, but it was sweet, but not too sweet They only sale but I consider a personal size but it's definitely enough to share with two people, maybe even three depending on how much of a sweet tooth you have. My only downside like others is the price. Paying around $19-$20 for a small cheesecake felt a bit steep, especially since they don't offer slices. I really wish they had smaller portions available so you could try different flavors without committing to a full cake prize. They package it very well and they also serve you a cute little fork set and a knife for cutting which I think is contributes to the price. The shop itself is very cute with chic décor and a lot of Asian-inspired artwork, which adds to the overall vibe. Customer service was friendly. When I visit Chicago again I'd definitely go back the texture and taste alone make it worth it but I do hope they consider offering smaller portions in the future.
