The tux rentals are itemized instead of one flat rate, so I'm still unsure if it'll be cheaper in the end but we loved the convenience and that we could shade match dresses at the same store for an all in one experience for ease and peace of mind that we'll match. She let me know that any dress I found in the area could be shade matched to the best man, and I found the perfect dress at only $160! I did find it weird that I'm usually a size 0-2 and the dress that fit was a size 6, but they were awesome at getting me alteration recommendations and assisting with me being out of state. They got the bride all set up with everyone's information so they could stop in whenever and pick out their dresses and get sized. They made it beyond easy for us to handle our outfits and with the wedding less than three months out, thank gourd for their ability to rush and keep it relatively inexpensive! I would honestly consider coming here for my wedding based on my experience as the maid of honor alone.

One room is filled with destination wedding dresses, and other moderately priced gowns. The other room is called "The Couture" room, and they have higher end gowns. None of the gowns are marked with designer information, other than the Maggie Sottero dresses. I thought this was great! If you were looking for a specific dress, by a specific designer, they are able to find it for you. However, it was nice to look at a dress, and fall in love with the dress and NOT the label. The girls there were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They let my mom, maid of honor, and I roam around the place, filling up racks with any gown. I had never tried on any dresses before this, so the girls told me that was the best way to narrow down what would look best on me. I tried on a little of everything, and when I didn't like it, they put the dress back. When I did like something, several girls walked through the store, and would grab other gowns in a similar style. They are very respectful of your budget, and do not try to upsell you or force you into a more expensive dress. The dress I ended up choosing was a brand new sample that had not even been on the floor yet, and it was a perfect fit. I was able to purchase that exact dress. The girls also informed me that if the floor sample is purchased, they will no longer carry that dress. They are constantly getting new things. We spent approx. 4 hours there. After I was set on my dress, they informed us that I would get 25% off all bridal accessories, and 10% off MOB, Bridesmaid Dresses up until the date of my wedding. The girls were always offering us bottled water, and they were pleasantly helpful. I would reccomend Bridal Elegance to anyone. It is unlike any other bridal shop that I have ever been to. I wasn't really impressed with their selection of Bridesmaid and MOB dresses, but as far as bridal gowns and accesories this place is AMAZING!

I arrived for my scheduled 11:00 appointment to simply pick up the dress--nothing needed to be done--but I was told I would have to come back at 5:00 to get it. They also never called me when the dress came in. Earlier in the process, they told me I needed to find my own seamstress for alterations, so I arranged that on my own. Then, because they didn't have my dress in on time, they suddenly told me they could "fit me in" with their seamstress instead. The whole situation felt very disorganized and frustrating. Overall, the customer service was poor and the experience was far more stressful than it should have been for something as important as a wedding dress. They seemed very on trend to me but weren't as terribly short as most of what I've found online so we were both happy with her choice. I got a ton of compliments about the dress from everyone who has seen her pics. She found a dress she really loved but they didn't have it in her size. So they special ordered it for her and we got it in just a few days, in time for the dance. And the women who worked there were just a delight. Extremely disappointed with the management and alteration services at Wolsfelt's. I paid $442.92…read moretotal for a Maid of Honor dress and two rounds of in-house alterations, which included having the seamstress shorten the straps. The shop forced me to pick up the dress two weeks early solely because their seamstress had a family conflict and needed to reschedule. The dress sat completely untouched in their protective garment bag at my home on a hanger, went straight to a hanger at the venue, and was put on while I was completely standing up. I did not drape it over anything and never sat down a single time before the ceremony. Yet, the moment I put it on, severe vertical ripples formed straight down the seams due to improper machine thread tension, permanently warping the fabric. The exact strap they actively altered completely snapped from its base. A premium dress should survive more than 20 minutes of standing wear without a total structural failure. When I emailed clear photo evidence of the damage, management (Lorrie) completely refused to offer any refund whatsoever. Instead, she tried to claim 'silky satin is a delicate fabric' and blamed me, guessing that the perfectly straight machine-puckering lines were 'external snags from jewelry, sequins, or shoes'--even though I wore zero jewelry or sequins, and a bridesmaid put my shoes on while I stood. She also hid behind the fact that the dress was 'in perfect condition' on a static hanger during my 3 fitting visits and that I signed the pickup form. A signed form does not protect a salon from latent structural defects that only manifest once a dress is subjected to the active tension of being worn. Lorrie's only solution was for me to make yet another 40-minute drive each way to drop off the dress so they could 'remove the snags' and sew the strap--for an event that had already passed! I have already driven nearly 5 hours in round trips across 4 separate appointments for this gown. I am not wasting more time and gas to let a shop 'repair' a dress for a past wedding when I no longer trust their alteration skills anyway. Beware of their alterations department--they will permanently ruin your gown, deliver defective workmanship that fails on your big day, and then callously blame you to protect their bottom line.
