Went back in March before Easter and the entire store was closed for renovations. Now it's 2 weeks before Mother's Day and the retail side is open but the only thing they changed was the flooring. They've missed 3 major flower holidays to replace the floor on one side?? And it's still not complete.

None of those requests were honored and there was no willingness to satisfy the customer. If they knew they wouldn't be able to do arrangements that way, they should've indicated that upfront. Also, we were waiting to receive the flowers an hour after they were delivered because instead of delivering them into the restaurants banquet room, they set them inside the front door and left without saying anything to anyone.

She is such a lovely vibrant person and I felt a medium bouquet of flowers from TPM Stems was a great gift for the occasion. I was fortunate that they have such a good selection online and it was so simple. I had fantastic results from my two previous floral orders here earlier in the month (see my last review) so I went with them again. I ordered around 9:30am and was shocked I still was able to get the bouquet delivered later that afternoon. So so happy it made it in time for my aunt's special day. The florist was so sweet and called to make sure it was OK to substitute a different flower. I don't even know what flower they didn't have, they were even prettier in person than what is pictured on their website. As long as it was purple I didn't care! They were generous with the lavender roses and daisies. It was a really big arrangement for a medium order. My aunt was very happy. Excellent work again, TPM Stems!
