The 1-800-Flowers Lavender Dreams bouquet is simply beautiful. This florist really made my family's (and aunt's) day. My dear aunt just turned 90 - what a milestone! She is such a lovely vibrant person and I felt a medium bouquet of flowers from TPM Stems was a great gift for the occasion. I was fortunate that they have such a good selection online and it was so simple. I had fantastic results from my two previous floral orders here earlier in the month (see my last review) so I went with them again. I ordered around 9:30am and was shocked I still was able to get the bouquet delivered later that afternoon. So so happy it made it in time for my aunt's special day. The florist was so sweet and called to make sure it was OK to substitute a different flower. I don't even know what flower they didn't have, they were even prettier in person than what is pictured on their website. As long as it was purple I didn't care! They were generous with the lavender roses and daisies. It was a really big arrangement for a medium order. My aunt was very happy. Excellent work again, TPM Stems! read more

Be careful with this business when you care to send the very best. You choose flowers you want sent and they use filler that wilts in a day or two. I was offered an apology,but clearly ,they didn't want to be bothered. Name on card even spelled wrong. I hope when this family experiences loss,the same mistakes aren't made.That's how important it is,they have lost sight. read more

My son is in the army national guard and has been deployed since last July. His girlfriend is a sweetheart and while he's gone I've been the one to help him out with special occasions for her. When I called for flowers to be delivered to her work on Valentine's Day they went above and beyond with a dozen beautiful roses for her. Made this mama, my soldier and his girlfriend VERY happy. I order flowers early by valentine's to be delivered and they said they had to do it the day before. So I called back and said I don't want them anymore. Then they said they could do it the 14th like I wanted , so I said ok. Now I find out at 3.20pm on the 14th that they are not delivering out side of ottawa today. THANKS! I hope that your owners read this because , I would like to know that I didn't use online flowers and having them ship because I wanted to support local business! Wow I see home much it matters to you. And 12$ delivery fee for it to be sometime after the 14th . Crap never again will I buy anything from you. read more

This is the only florist you want to go to in Ottawa. They were amazing at helping me with my wedding bouquet after my horrible experience at the other florist located by them. There flowers were lovely and alive I recommend them to anyone who wants the best flowers in town! They even took care of my flowers in a short time crunch during homecoming week which is crazy for them because they care to make every customer happy. read more

Finally I found a friendly, quality florist in Ottawa! They were helpful in selecting a bouquet on the phone and did a wonderful job of delivering it to my 91 year old Great Aunt. She thought it was so beautiful she started to cry! This, from a woman that has grown flower gardens her whole life tells me she was impressed! read more
