I am so grateful for the quick thinking of John and his team on my wedding day. We got married in Rockford, and the arch my husband and I brought broke under the weight of the flowers. John contacted someone he knew in the area who not only loaned us an arch, but brought it to the venue, and his driver went to work adapting the arrangement to the new structure.
