It's amazing how she helped me discover voices I never knew I had. I really appreciate her honesty--she doesn't sugarcoat anything, which helped me understand the importance of consistency, rehearsing, and putting in real work. Even on my rough rehearsal days, she encouraged me and never gave up. I learned so much from her about script writing, acting, and the business side of the voice-over industry. She also shared valuable resources I wouldn't have found on my own. Bren made sure I had everything I needed for my studio session and truly made the experience the best it could be. For that, I can't thank her enough! I now have a professional voice-over demo reel that I'm so proud to share and use for auditions. I definitely had my "I can't believe that's me--it sounds nothing like my talking voice!" moment :) Thank you, Bren!! -Eden

Run-a-muck was highly recommended to us as the "best in Salem/Danvers", and was 1 of 2 preschools recommended by my PEDIATRICIANS office for my son. However, after contacting through their website, them via email, it was like pulling teeth to get any information. I still have no clue how much it would cost - and I asked about tuition 3 times! Finally, I requested that Valerie (the lady in Salem that was not giving me any information besides that they had a wait list, and only accept full days/weeks students) to give me the name, address, and phone number of someone in Danvers. I was given a name (Gretchen), and a phone number that was disconnected. She also stated that she forwarded my emails to her. When Gretchen emailed me, it was basically the same information - Please let me know what questions you have....yet nothing had been answered. In her defense, I didn't bother to respond. I'd already made up my mind, thanks to Valerie and her lack of information. Needles to say, this has left a very poor impression on me. I don't want to seems my child to a place that can't even figure out how to give information out to inquiring parents. If you are looking for someplace that refuses to answer questions, this is your place. I'd you want to know the ins and outs, and *gasp* talk to a real person...keep looking.

But kids will be kids, so I expect him to get hurt, I did when I was a kid! The staff are very attentive, friendly, helpful and great teachers. My son can now count to ten in three languages (four if you include English) and he tells us amazing facts that he learns at school. I highly recommend Run A Muck!

From the very first email, I felt comfortable with Hilary. She was responsive and informative without any judgment about our birth plan or choices. Hilary provided me with much needed education and confidence and allowed me to advocate for myself throughout my pregnancy. Hilary helped me feel comfortable with the induction process and was in constant communication until she arrived at the hospital. Hilary helped us create the best possible environment for labor and delivery and worked seamlessly with the L&D nurse and my partner to support me. Just as Hilary was incredibly valuable leading up to birth and throughout the labor and delivery process, she was just as critical to helping me have a healthy post-partum recovery. Hilary knew exactly how to support us as we navigated the hazy newborn days. She provided emotional support and helped with all of the mundane tasks like getting the dishes done and sorting baby clothes. Hilary is a wealth of knowledge about newborn care and early breastfeeding challenges. Most importantly, Hilary has incredible intuition into what would be helpful for brand new parents and she made our transition to parenthood as smooth as possible. I cannot imagine navigating this journey without Hilary and I am so grateful to the support she provided.

I recently completed the Digital Marketing Certificate at AGI. It was a fantastic experience and…read morethe quality of training far exceeded my expectations. Instructors: The certificate has various classes (Photoshop, InDesign, Google Analytics, Wordpress, HTML, etc.) and different instructors teaching each one. I liked the style of each instructor and how patient they were when I or other students got lost or missed something. They never made us feel like we were left behind. The days were long and intense and most of us couldn't wait to be able to apply our new skills in our jobs and projects. The instructors even mentioned that we could reach out to them long after classes were over to ask them questions that may come up in our work in the future. I think this is such a great benefit that the school provides. Facilities: Super clean, awesome breakfast treats and coffee, and a cafeteria next door. If you are coming for a one or two day class, you can just buy lunch next door. If you are coming for a month long program like I did, I suggest packing your lunch. Computers and software are all new and up to date. Career Coaching: During the certificate program, they set me up with a career counselor who helped me tweak my resume and sent me various job opportunities. The school has been around for a while and has really good connections to lots of local companies. This is a huge plus if you want to take the course to get a job afterwards. Location: The train station is about a 15 minute walk from the school. It's not a bad commute at all. All in all, I highly recommend the classes and school. I can see myself doing another certificate program here in the future.
