If she rang the call button it could take up to two hours for someone to come . There was an unexplained 5 inch bleeding cut on her leg. She had two gold bracelets stolen off her wrists when she was sleeping and nightgowns stolen. The staff (not all but most) should be ashamed of themselves for the lack of care they provide. It was a horrible experience and I feel sad for all the residents.

I never felt alone in this process and the people in the office at Triad made this as smooth as it could be and the communication was excellent between the owners, scheduling, and any questions I had for the office.
