    I had called on a Thursday afternoon b/c my kid was sick. Was told I need a same day appointment…read moreand was offered one for the same day. We couldn't make the appointment due to traffic. After explaining our concerns to the "triage" nurse she told us we would need to call back the next morning to request a same day appointment. Seeing it pointless to go through all the details again and waste the opportunity form our kid to see a Dr. the "nurse" dictated their same day appointment policy to me stating "We don't allow sick visits to be scheduled in advance because sometimes the kids get better and don't have a need to come into the office. You'll have to call back tomorrow morning to get a same day appointment. Our phones open at 8:10am sharp and you'll be able to schedule the appointment." She also had to advise me that all Dr.s have a Friday morning meeting that goes until 9:30am. She looked and saw that our Dr. had time for an appointment in the morning but refused to schedule it for us because of their sick visit policy. No exceptions. When I called at 8:10am their phones were not on. By 8:20am the phones still not being turned on but I was able to get in touch with their on call service. They took my information and told me I'd get a call back within the next 5 minutes to schedule the appointment. I was never called and decided to call back and request a same day appointment again. I was again transferred to their "triage" line and had six calls ahead of mine. Slowly the number went from six to four but that's only because the other callers decided to hang up instead of wait. I wrote this review in the time I was on hold and continue to hold. Through my experiences at other medical providers this office stands out as disorganized, provides misleading information to avoid doing the work and total lack of regard for patient's schedules or medical concerns. My advice would be to the office manager. Review how your office sets up sick visits. Implement a no show policy that changes for the now show. Your lack of understanding and urgency for patients that are sick to protect your schedule is unacceptable. I'm still holding after 30 minutes for the "triage" line after being told "Oh yea, we have plenty of staff here to help you in a timely manner." Turned out they don't have any morning appointments available as they said I would get yesterday. Due to their incompetence and policy we've wasted our day. Parents are now late for work and our kid missed the entire school day.

    The most incompetent bunch of doctors and caregivers I've ever encountered. Nice people, but we…read moredealt with multiple instances of complete negligence and lack of care that almost cost our son's life. We saw multiple doctors in the office over the course of a couple weeks, and they downplayed any questions we raised as non-issues and instead of actually doing their job, they chalked up things like extremely high repeated fevers as the result of our son being "a fever baby." That was not the case, and if we didn't bring him elsewhere because we didn't trust the response, he could have died. Go anywhere else. Can't give zero stars so they get one but I wouldn't trust them with caring for a house plant.
