Their quote (with a large amount of rocks) was better than a quote with just grass and their sprinkler redo price was almost $1000 cheaper. They also completed the work while it was raining and had leftover grass that they laid in my neighbors yard (aside from the area we fixed bc the pool company destroyed their grass and sprinklers) at no extra charge. My grass never looked terribly patchy, so they must have high standards of what trash will lay and how they lay it. I highly recommend them.

Jared working with me on budget and the scheduling of all the work that needed to get done. Nick was the person that I worked with directly during the whole process. Nick was always prompt as well as very honest when talking through all my options. I used CountryScapes for a new irrigation system, masonry, and landscaping. Roberto did an absolute phenomenal job in the masonry work which was I was most concerned with. My wife was concerned with everything matching the house colors and it did perfectly! They were even able to use the leftover house brick from when our house was built!! They put all new mulch and planted new plants in our front flowerbed which looks great. I also asked them to install new Zoysa sod in front yard due to the challenges that we've had with shade from our big bnb oak trees. The sod looks amazing and have recieved tons of compliments from friends and neighbors. Thank you to CountryScapes for all the stellar work and I will definitely be referring people their way!

If however you dont care about your safety and the life of your family, hire this company. You've been warned. Adrian and his company will steal from their customers and request money upfront. Once the money is collected, watch them ghost you with excuses on why your project is being delayed and give excuses about having covid, kid being sick, having an accident, blah blahetc. Then everything goes downhill after that. After collecting thousands of dollars, and after running out of excuses, the work was only 20% complete and everything they did was so wrong. Everything had to be demolished. They are currently being sued by my attorney. 1. He claims he builds outdoor kitchens. That is a lie. He hasnt built an outdoor kitchen and him.and his crew has no idea. He may have done basic landscape that anyone can do. Do not take any chances. He is a liar and scams people. See below why I say that. 1. He poured the extended concrete wrong without taking into account any pitch so water was pooling in the center of the slab. Then he did not use rebar to anchor the concrete to the original foundation so as it started to settle, the tiles started to shift 2. He didnt have the right tools to cut the tile which he was supposed to lay on top of the foundation right. 3. He didnt prepare the grout right 4. He was supposed to lay a walkway paver which should be the minimum his team could do because he claims he's a landscaping company, that was the worse I have ever seen. The pavers were cut crooked. And the gravel had a mix in of different sizes. 5. He built the firepit with cement blocks that were not fire retardant and they didnt even use a level because a 6 year old showed up and asked why the firepit was crooked. See photos. He didn't connect burner to the firepit 6. The outdoor kitchen was not completed. And the worse part was they left the tiles sitting as if installed to fool me the homeowner. It wasn't until I stepped on it and noticed movement and realized it was just cut without it being laid with thinset 7. He didnt finish the brick in the bar area 8. He didn't install the cooking sink water( connected it to the sprinkler system which is the dumbest thing I've seen causing my entire backyard to be flooded and running up my water bill 9. The worse part was when he left all the material tossed in someone else's property. Him and his crew ate made made a mess and literally had left over food and maggots growing inside the brand new appliance box that had my appliances in them. 10. Adrian has no respect for his customer' s property. Who puts trash and leftover food in a brand new box containing appliances needed to complete the project and leaves the customer site in such a disarray??? I had to pay a cleaning company to come clean up after their disgusting mess. Then Adrian chews tobacco and spits all over your lawn and yard The most dangerous part was him connecting the gas line using pipes and connections that are not meant to be used for gas lines. He's not a licensed plumber so what makes him think he could do what he did and put the lives of my family at risk is bryond me. In summary him and his team by their negligence wanted to blow up my house and my family. If you want your home and the safety of your family at risk, hire him and watch him literally steal from you under the pretense of being a contractor and destroy your home and property. However, when our housekeeper inspected the system a few days later, it was clear that the problem persisted. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to the company through texts and calls, requesting them to honor their commitment and rectify the issue, our pleas fell on deaf ears. There was a complete lack of responsiveness and accountability from their side. This situation not only resulted in financial loss but also in wasted time and effort trying to resolve a problem that should have been fixed from the start.

Prior to him coming out I sent him several pictures of the flagstone I wanted. The pictures showed level and symmetrical flagstone which he assured he could do. Huge mistake. His crew comes out and does the worst most unprofessional job I've ever seen. The cement is cracked and chipping off. (Excuse I'm told is that it must have gotten wet.) There are pieces of flagstone that are raised out of ground more than an inch. There was an area dug of dirt where they planned on going out further with flagstone but it's clear they ran out of material and stated later that it was supposed to look like that. Not level at all. In laws and friends have already tripped over it badly. There is too much space between each flagstone. As far as the flowerbeds, I watched the crew use the same sod that was dug up from yard to build up new flowerbed instead of bringing in fresh mulch. Days later the flowerbed was already growing over and not even looking like a flowerbed anymore. I was told by owner that I just need to maintain it by pulling weeds and Bermuda grass tends to do that. What?! The plants that were planted all died within a few days too. I sent emails, texts and phone calls to this guy trying to get him back out to fix the mess. He was very hard to get ahold of because I'm sure he was trying to avoid me due to his lazy horrible work. Finally, two months later he gets me on the schedule. When he comes out his crew lowers the sprinkler head and added a few more flagstones. That's literally it. The project still looks like an amateur job. I was better off going to Home Depot and doing this myself one weekend. Instead I paid this crew almost $3000 out of my savings for this mess. I'm now having to find another company to come out and start all over. I warn you to please not use this company unless maybe you just need your lawn cut. I never write reviews but I'm livid every day I get home and see my damn driveway.

Told me it would take one day it took 5 days (weather was not an issue). Tore down 2 sides of fence and had a mess everywhere - even in the neighbor's yard (see pic - I was worried that someone would get hurt with the exposed nails.) And left the side open to neighbors for 2 days. Did not haul off all the old posts. Had asked them to use screws (multiple times and was assured they would) when putting the panels back on - they used a nail gun mostly and some of the panels are already falling off (it has been only a couple days). They finished after dark, so I stupidly was unable to inspect a final time. I emailed them and asked them to come back, but they are not responding.

On the rare occasions when I had to send an email to address an issue, LLC's response time was always swift and quickly resolved. Recently, Liberty Lawn did some concrete work, extending the width of my driveway. Last year they replaced my wood fence and installed new gates. They did an excellent job on both of these projects. At this point I will always go to them first anytime I need anything done outside my house.
