Communicated well and was professional. And was clear with his pricing. He was not the least expensive but was competitive in his pricing. We scheduled service for the next day. So that was a plus! We've been in our house for 10 days and I didn't want the grass to grow taller and potentially get a notice from our HOA. They arrived perfectly on time. Cut the lawn and trimmed a flowering plant that was a little too close to the patio/ house. They worked quickly and efficiently. My yard looks great! I asked for the rose bushes to be trimmed on occasion and to fill in bare spots in the back yard with mulch which he quoted at $30 extra. Fair enough to me.
