He arrived exactly when he said he would and proceeded to take thorough pictures of not only the fallen branch but also branches that were growing over the roof and needed to be trimmed. He gave us an INCREDIBLY fair price, and they were at our house literally one and a half hours later! Within ten minutes, his nephew clambered up the tree like Spider-Man and had the dead branch removed, as well as the rest of that area cleaned up! We simply could NOT ask for more!
