Appreciate everyone greeting me by name upon arrival, rapid intake, caring cleaning or repair work, and easy checkout. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Their sloppy work will cost you. I went to this place back in 2023 for a bridge. Their first two attempts failed and literally fell out of my mouth requiring going back in and getting new molds. Then almost 2 years later, they called me saying I needed to come back in and get X-rays because my insurance wouldn't pay without the X-rays of the finished work. They even admitted then it was their mistake not getting them. Unfortunately, I had since moved out of state. They then asked me if I could get X rays done locally to which I said I would try, but was in the middle of a job change so was waiting for the new insurance to become active. Then, out of no where I get sent a bill for almost $2,000 to pay what my insurance wouldn't because they failed to provide required X rays. No call was made saying I needed the X rays by a certain date or anything. Then it took two weeks of calling an leaving voicemails to get someone on the phone and I still don't have any answers they just said they would look into it and call back. read more

This is an unfortunate situation. In appearance this dental office is clean and well taken care of, it's a newer place so we were excited have a dental office so close to us. My wife and I both moved her from LA , we left different dental practices that we loved and went to for years. I had dental work done 3 years ago here at Sendero Dental Studio. 3 years later I received a sizable statement in the mail notifying me I have an outstanding balance. That is a bit ridiculous considering I have had little to no communication in 3 years. I was told a year ago that they cleaned house because they had an issue with an employee who made clerical errors with multiple accounts. Recently I received a bill typed (half of it written in pen). This is too bad, we won't be going back and anyone thinking of going should get anything you're being told or led to believe in writing. As anyone can see almost all of my reviews are positive, we love to help small businesses/practices as much as we can. There's an opportunity here for improvement and wish them luck going forward, but as for us we will move on. read more

Natasha is absolutely my favorite at the office! She's more than just my dental hygienist. She's my dental coach. She's helped me take back my life from gum disease and I feel so proud to smile and laugh. She empowers me to take better care of myself and I always feel seen and heard without judgment. She advocates for me with the doctors and always takes the time out of her busy schedule to answer my questions. Wow not sure where to start, if I could it would be zero stars, my daughter went in to get a tooth cleaning and get her teeth examined. As it turned out she had several cavities so she had to go for several visits. Dr. Jeffrey C. Barrera, DDS bedside manner was very unprofessional, he kept saying SH** when he was working on her. After having the back bottom teeth cavities filled, she started having excrutiating pain in her jaw and head. After going to urgent care 2 times, she ended up to going to emergency at the hospital for the pain, which they gave her pain meds and referred to and endodantist to do a root canal. So she had to do an emergency root canal and after serveral phone calls to Dr. Barrera's office we were refered, then when she arrived to the endodantist Dr. Barrer's offce told the endodantist the wrong tooth to work on. When the endodantist went to work on her root canal, he told her that the cavitiy was drilled so close to the nerve and with the filling touching the nerve, which was causing the pain. This was about 3 weeks. So over 5K in medical bills, insurance maxed out, we asked for a meetting with Dr. Barrera, he was very dimissive, basically told us people get root canals all the time, and proceed to tell us how his family has had them and how they can be hereditary. And told us it was pretty much my daughters fault. So we knew at this point we would never be back to his dental office. Because of his unprofessional work and even after the root canal, she still had pain in her jaw, nerve damage. So she had to get a botox shot in the jaw nerve to completely be pain free. Note that she did not have any teeth problems or pain prior to him working on her. Fast forward to 9 months, she started have tooth pain and jaw swelling to the tooth right next to the root canal tooth, went to a new dentist we love, and found out she had a huge infection under the tooth, caused by Dr. Barrera drilling that tooth so close to the nerve too. So she had to go to another endodantist for a root canal consult, was told that it would help %80, or the other option was have the tooth pulled. That is what she chose because she was just done!! When they pulled to the tooth the infection was so bad that is deterioated the bone and they had to put in a bone graft. Sad to say that my dauther has PTSD to go to the dentist office because of Dr. Barrera. So please if you go to this office be ware of Dr. Barrera. Their staff, hygenists and the other doctor Tyler Kisling, DDS are amazing. Thankfully we are blessed with a new dentist that is kind, caring and gentle. read more

Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Then the assistant comes quite quick to help with the service. And they are all friendly and always check if the patient is uncomfortable while the service is performed. All work is double-checked by the main dentist. Both of them, Dr Barrera and Dr Kisling, are excellent and knowledgeable, both easy to talk to. read more
