Haircut was $85 + tip = $100. Back of my hair looks lousy, and not properly shaped. The 'wings' over my ears are longer on one side than the other. Steph was recommended but I will NOT go back for $100 haircut. Disappointed. I have thin hair and just below ear length. Total time was about 20 minutes. Also, one side is 'slightly' longer than other, area behind ears in the back. I considered returning to get Cut fixed, but is a drive so I am dealing with the lousy haircut myself. I shall not return. Waste of money. read more

I went to Angie for a curly cut and was simply amazed by how great she is with curly hair. She took time to understand my gripes with getting haircuts in general and styling my hair. She proposed a shape for my cut that would flatter both my face and curl pattern. Best part, she cut my hair dry and brushed out, a concrete sign that she knows what she is doing!! I highly recommend her for either a simple cleanup/trim or full on curl makeover. She's also super personable and the salon, in general, is impeccable. read more

The ladies who work here are lovely! I had a great experience getting my hair cut (after having struggled to find a hairdresser for months!) and I would definitely recommend them. This salon is bad! I made an appointment for 2.45 pm on Friday for my mom. We moved our schedule around because this was the only time they had available. We cancelled our original plans. We drove there. Surprisingly, when we came - they did not have it in the system. It was a special day for my mom and I wanted to give her a little present so she can go to the party on Friday night. This is so unprofessional ! It made us very angry! They should be out of business with this attitude. No apologies from their stuff either. One of the best salon experiences I have ever had! I donated 11 inches of my hair and Angie gave me a complete transformation. I asked for subtle balayage and she did an amazing job!! Finally! I've found my hair spot, Sempre Bella, a place that knows how to cut and style curly/wavy hair! Stylist Kassy recommended her colleague, Angie who is known to love curls and I'd glad she did. Angie was pleasant to talk to, knowledgeable about curl care and gave a super relaxing wash too. I left the salon with bouncy, shiny, ringlets. And the best part is I can recreate the style myself. I went to the gym, rinsed my hair with water and the curls are still poppin. For anyone with curly hair, you know the struggle...I have natural, soft wavy 2B-2C curls that do not warrant an expensive Deva Curl haircut, however, I've had trouble finding a reasonably priced stylist that knows how to cut curly hair. In the past, I've had stylists be intimidated by my simple curls, obviously pretend to know what their doing, apply too much styling gel and attempt to use a diffuser only to leave looking like I stuck my finger in an electrical socket. I was in town and needed a hair cut, so I asked a local where to go, and they mentioned Sempre Bella. So, I walked in and happened upon the owner, who was warm, welcoming, and informative. The salon is on the small size and does not match the appearance of the level of talent that occupies it. They are going to remodel and when it does, watch out! This place will be hopping! Don't let the simplistic look of the place scare you off... Besty cut and styled my hair, and did a FANTASTIC job. She is truly talented, and experienced (worked in salons in both NYC and westchester for several years). She is my go to for waxing, my girlfriends love the hair stylists there as well and I highly recommend this salon for any and all services! Update: I got my hair and makeup done here for my wedding in October and they did an amazing job! I was super fussy about my makeup and Angie met with me several times to make sure I was completely comfortable with my wedding day look. My hair style was a half up half down do with flowers, and they did a wonderful job! My hair and makeup stayed put all day and all night. My sisters and Mom came with me day of the wedding to have their hair done too. You know you're going to great place when you're actually excited for your appointments before you get there ! From the moment I started talking with Angie about my hair I knew she was the right person for the job. I am a proud redhead and I love to push the envelope with my cuts and color and I needed a stylist that wasn't afraid to experiment and take the chances with me. Red can go wrong very quickly and I've always been very picky about who touches my hair. The best part of our first conversation was when she told me she had a vision for what she wanted to do and then managed to pull out the same exact picture I had on my phone to show her. It was an automatic match made in heaven and she did an amazing job executing what we envisioned. The salon is beautifully decorated with all of Angie's special touches and has an intimate setting where you can hang out and talk instead of being in a huge salon without the personal attention.
