Seminole Ford has serviced my 2019 F-150 for several years. Recently the computer coded; through a very understandable human error a major and expensive repair was diagnosed. I took the vehicle to a master Ford mechanic friend (now has his own shop) out of state to double-check. He found a much less expensive fix. Seminole Ford accepted his diagnosis without question, reimbursed me travel and diagnostic costs. My mechanic friend, based on many years working with dealers, sent me this: "I'm very impressed they would reimburse you for your expenses and step up to the plate. I would keep doing business with them. That's what company integrity looks like." Cody and Kevin in particular deserve appreciation for their candor and accountability. I took my Honda in for a routine oil change they said would cost $59. An hour later the service department manager came out an told me they had drained the oil and it would cost me over $150 to replace it. They should have told me this before they drained the oil. read more

I was extremely disappointed in sales and in management. Due to limited choices. Worked with salesman on exactly what I wanted. We even tried building a vehicle. Days later salesman was on the border line on harassing phone calls. Salesman misrepresented vehicle found over phone. We were heading to an out of state for competition sport. Didn't realize everything was missing on vehicle til delivery of vehicle. I thought this dealership had more integrity. Management was ok with salesmen saying anything about the vehicle to get the sale. (Proof available). Confronted salesman about forum that was stating poor mpg 9-13 on towing. Management allows them to pull anything off internet to make the sale (proof available) salesman sends me clip stating 16-18mpg. Management stated that they didn't put that information on window sticker. But, allow salesman to state anything they want? Pulling empty 14' utility trailer 9.6 mpg 1st fill up. Second fill up actually was 8.1 mpg Failure to correctly complete POS. Costing me an extra $2500 min. No apology, But, $495 for their mishandling the situation. (Proof available) Who is to take the responsibility, when salesman is representing your company? My fault for not reading the rest of this dealer's reviews before making this large of a purchase? Is this why need to sign a waiver not to take it to judge or jury trial? We won't get into Issues with states 24 HWY MPG? (proof available) No apology, No what can we do to make this right? Inquired about the a4 which had been on the lot 2 months. Set up financing and an appointment on Monday to drive 3 hours to get it. Only reason I didn't go same day is because I work and live in Texas. They sold the car with full knowledge that I was coming to buy Monday. They did not even give me the option to put a deposit and sold it out from under me. I spoke to the sales manager and she just said "sorry" without offering any remedy or anything at all. I'm a terminal cancer patient and this was my dream car. Now I will never have it. Thank you for ruining a dying man's wish. They claim to be a "family run business" but do not operate as such. Bait and switch! I purchased my truck from them last year in July. I bought it online. I didn't have a chance to drive the truck before purchasing it so I bought the platinum service contract. I was told bumper to bumper coverage and that I would be covered. The response that I am getting from the service contract company is that the wear and tear parts... AKA the body mounts on the truck are not covered. The body mounts were failing from the purchase date, so I bought a truck that needs $3700 in body mounts and labor, and they sold me a service contract that won't cover the problem. This company is working hard to communicate what they need to sell their stuff only and not take care of the client. I should have known I was in trouble when I called to have them explain the contract and send me what was covered and that was never done. I just kept getting the run around from Shawn the salesman. Shop somewhere else where they will actually communicate with you. read more

Seminole ford is shady and I would never purchase a vehicle from them. I will certainly not again. First we came in with our own fiance through Capital One. They tried to make the loan longer by over a year and change the rate by going with someone else. They were real sneaky about it. Then when we caught that. They also tried to add a bunch of xtra stuff on we didnt ask for then make the loan longer so the payment seemed the same. After that they told us we were going though Capital One who is the one we wanted to go with. Then they when we got the title it said TD AUTO Group. Oh yeah they also mess up my title situation so will have to have an xtra 500 or so to tag it with the state. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going anywhere else. read more
