Tried to buy a 2015 Audi A8L from Seminole GMC. Agreed to the advertised price and was told there…read morewas nothing wrong with the car. Now, I live in central Wyoming, and the dealership is in Oklahoma, so after talking over the phone with them and agreeing to the sale price, I went ahead and booked two flights for my wife and I to get from Denver to OKC to buy the car to the tune of $508. 10min after booking my flights, Tony texts me a pic that the Adaptive Cruise Control, and Braking Assist/emergency braking system isn't working. He then calls me and states that the dealership's owner has been driving the car for the last 4000mi and didn't inform him there was an issue with it. Although he did inform a tech there about it. Well, it was never disclosed to me until I had already booked my flights. After getting this info, I did some research, and it could be any number of issues and needs to go to an Audi dealership to be scanned with their VCDS scanner. Tony did not want to do this because of the cost. And, when I tried to negotiate the cost of the car down to cover the fix, he refused to move on the price. Now, I don't know about you, but when buying a luxury automobile, something like non-operational adaptive cruise control is kind of a big deal. To boot, this system also operates the emergency braking system as well which is kind of a major safety issue. The owner of this dealership knew about the issue. A tech in the garage knew about the issue. Yet, nobody is at fault here, and now I am out $508 in non-refundable airline tickets. Buyer beware. Buy a car somewhere else because the GM and the owner of this dealership have absolutely no business ethics.

I'm not normally one to blast a business on FB but something has to give. Right before Kevin had…read morehis knee surgery, an engine light came on in his truck, Something to do with the def system. He called Seminole Chevrolet to get it in. When he called, he was told to go ahead and bring it over. So I followed him and we dropped his truck off. Communications were good at first, then slowly got worse. Everytime we would call to check on the status, we were told we would be called right back. Let me also say we were told the truck would be kept inside (per our request) because of the storms and hail being a possibility. They had the truck for two weeks and gave us the run around everytime. We finally said screw it and went and picked it up to take it to Paul's valley to Seth Wadley. Once we get there to get the truck, they did absolutely NOTHING to it, we notice it has hail damage, they never even told us this had happened and again was assured the truck would be kept inside. When we called they said they are not liable for the damage because it was a drop off, not an appointment!!!!! I mean we called and they said bring it on over, so I would assume that's an appointment. So we literally took our truck to set for two weeks and get almost $4000 worth of hail damage and it wasn't even fixed. Seth wadley diagnosed the problem in 30 minute and had it fixed. I'm attaching the estimate for the hail damage. Long story short Seminole Chevrolets customer service is pure crap and they literally could care less on vehicle damage.

Never Again: Why I'm Done With Ford…read more Never again will I drive a vehicle that needs to be Fixed Or Repaired Daily. I've owned three Ford vehicles. My first was a 2008 Expedition, purchased through military sales while stationed in Korea--zero issues. It gave me confidence in the brand. But everything went downhill from there. My second Ford was a 2015 F-150 Platinum. While driving on cruise control back to Ft. Sam Houston, Texas, the truck suddenly slammed on the brakes--as if something were in the road. There wasn't. It scared the hell out of me. When I took it to a Ford dealer in San Antonio, I was told that the recall for this issue had "already been completed," and they refused to fix it. I traded that truck in as-is for a Chevy and moved on. Unfortunately, my next mistake was buying a used 2017 F-150 Limited from Patriot Auto Group in Chandler, Oklahoma. Let me be clear: do not buy a used vehicle from them. Either they knowingly sold me a flood-damaged vehicle, or they were too careless to realize what they had. I thought I was getting a good deal. I was wrong. The truck's driver-side running board wouldn't function properly--it took eight weeks and a call to one of the owners just to get aftermarket replacements installed. Then the real nightmare began. While driving, all the electronic systems--warning lights, headlights, turn signals, radio--would flash erratically. The horn quit working. The engine would randomly shut off while I was on the road. All I could do was coast to a stop and pray it was somewhere safe. I took the truck to Bill Knight Ford. They charged me over $4,000 to fix it. They claimed some kind of leak had caused electrical damage. After two and a half weeks, the exact same issue returned. When I brought it back, I was told it would cost another $11,000 to fix it. When I questioned how I'd already paid them to fix this exact problem, they said they'd "discount the $11,000 by what I'd already paid." That's not a discount--that's charging twice for one repair. I contacted Progressive to file a claim. They told me the truck wasn't covered because I bought my policy in Texas and the repairs were in Oklahoma. They also casually mentioned that the windshield had been replaced--a clue that there was prior damage not disclosed to me. I still have the truck, and I fully intend to sell it as is, just like I did with the 2015 Platinum. And if someone ends up getting injured due to this vehicle's faults, I'll sleep just fine. I have documentation showing I tried to fix it and that Ford failed me at every turn. Bottom line: Ford, your trucks aren't just unreliable--they're dangerous. You lost a loyal customer. And to Patriot Auto and Bill Knight Ford: shame on you for your dishonesty and failure to stand behind your work. This F-150 may be Found On Road Dead, but this time, it won't be my problem.
