Great service and very helpful. Would highly recommend. I can't speak as to their prices, as I totaled my car, but Stanley was very helpful. He went ahead and had the car hauled off to a scrapyard for me. Overall very painless during a tough situation. read more

After a 6 month renovation on our location we opened doors on May 1st.

My husband had gone in only for a quote on some very minor damage on our car. I rarely have used my insurance for damage unless it was significant and couldn't be repaired within a few days. The car has very minor damage that would probably cost less than my deductible but they refused to even look without my insurance. Sorry but they will never have my business even if my insurance wants me to go to them.

Excellent work! I was rear end and pushed into another vehicle. Downtown Auto Body handled talking to the insurance agency. I've been driving the car now for over 2 weeks and no squeaking or moving of the replaced panels. The seams between the panels that were replaced and the ones that weren't are spot on, actually even better than what they were from factory. The paint is a spot on match too. read more

My parents hit a deer on the highway crossing the front end of their mini van. The guys at downtown auto body had did everything! They helped take care of the insurance, adjuster, had the van looking like brand new in a week! It was amazing. We will never go anywhere else. Customers for life! read more
