Went over again for a tire rotation and was told that the operation was not necessary for my vehicle, which I repeatedly asked for confirmation and the worker there informed me I "would be wasting my money" if I had done the service. Upon driving on my road trip, my tire on the opposite side of another tire I had replaced at this location had then exploded, stranding me on the side of the road. Lack of professionalism and communication I would not recommend this spot.

She was out of town and didn't know anyone here and it was 4:55. I called the 2 tire stores that were within a few blocks of here and they wouldn't help her. But, when I called Ada Alignment and Tire they brought out an air tank, aired up her tire and then she followed the man to the tire shop to get her flat fixed after hours. What business does that? Ada alignment and Tire care about people. I won't use any other tire shop.

O'Daniel Auto Sales/Small engine repair people are very knowledgeable, efficient, affordable---and above all HONEST! They did only the work that was necessary. They could have replaced (and charged for) the blades, but they cleaned the blades instead. Overall, it cost my fixed income parents only a quarter of what they paid the previous people. O'Daniel's now has some very loyal customers. I am all too happy to write bad reviews, but when I hear about exceptional service like this place, I am equally motivated to write a good review.

I chose to order my new car from Service Automall. They have been very good to me. They gave me a…read moregreat price and I shopped around a lot!! They sat me down at their computer to look over their shoulder when placing my order to insure I got every option I wanted. When my new car was dielivered, it had a bad speaker from the factory. Their Service Department went above and beyond treating me with courtesy and providing me the use of a loaner car while mine was in for warranty work. The speaker problem was difficult to diagnose. They worked closely with GM engineers and found and fixed the problem. If you live anywhere near Ada, please give these guys a chance. They gave me a very competitive price and provided me with friendly home-town service after the sale.
