Where to even begin? My car was hit, with damage to the driver's side door and fender, nothing terribly major. I was told it would take 2-1/2 weeks for repairs. Round one took 3 weeks, and the quality was laughable. I had multiple people give me their opinion without me saying anything, and all were dumbfounded that any collision place would even consider letting a vehicle go out the door with so many defects (and the absolute filth left inside). Sent it back for a second try, another week without my car. Again the same result - absolutely unacceptable. I also received a notification on my car app that a tire was low (this is a new car I've barely had a year). I made them aware, and they claimed all my tires were low (lie), but they'd air them up. Third try - a fifth week without my car - they finally got it close enough that I was just happy to be done with them... then got home and realized my headlights no longer worked at all. Returned it a FOURTH time and demanded they do something right for once and without any further delay. Got it back again and my tire is low again (same one as before). Turns out they ran over a nail, and I paid out of pocket for that repair simply to avoid any further contact with this joke of a business. Did I mention the very sharp razor blade they left on my windshield? Or how I never got any sort of apology for their incompetence? Instead I got an attitude of "we're bending over backwards to make you happy." NO - you failed repeatedly to do your job - a job you were paid to do - and should be ashamed of your unprofessional, unacceptable, unbelievably horrible service and lack of communication. I could go on and on with their other failures at every turn of this months long nightmare, but I'll leave the rest and just warn anyone and everyone - friend, family, or complete stranger- to avoid this place at all costs. They need to find a new line of business, one where quality, competence, and customer service don't matter. read more

Hailstorm damaged my car, including my windshield. When I drove up to BPC, I had lost all faith in repair shops in Ada. I had a windshield replacement which caused my car to be flooded. Derek at BPC recommended Jackson at S & S Auto Glass for my windshield. Derek & Jackson worked to secure my car, with little inconvenience to me.
