Went over again for a tire rotation and was told that the operation was not necessary for my vehicle, which I repeatedly asked for confirmation and the worker there informed me I "would be wasting my money" if I had done the service. Upon driving on my road trip, my tire on the opposite side of another tire I had replaced at this location had then exploded, stranding me on the side of the road. Lack of professionalism and communication I would not recommend this spot.

This place takes in way too many orders than he can handle. Not everyone can afford to leave their vehicle for weeks or months because it's our only transportation. And when he finally answered his business phone "he was very rude" and treated me as if I were just born. He said he fix the cars first come first serve and I said cool then you can tell me what number my car is. And he told me no that it doesn't work like that. As it turned out my car was at least number 37 and I say that because my car was the 37th car from Car Mart and he sent them all back to the dealership Because he couldn't tell me where my car was on his "first come first serve" list. This guy had a temper tantrum....I do not and will never recommend Double D Automotive to anyone....this guy would not answer the phone for Car Mart; he is rude; he has absolutely no clue where your car is on the list; he takes on more work than he can reasonably handle. I'm old, I go to the doctors 3 times a month, I'm surgery next month...none of that matters. So if you only have one vehicle don't take to him.

After having…read morefinally gotten the tire off and into the trunk of a borrowed vehicle, I arrived at the Ada Walmart tire center sweaty, anxious, and nearly in tears. A young man greeted me at the door. I told him I had a tire in the trunk, but needed to get the baby inside. He volunteered to take get the tire from the trunk. I went inside and was able to get a new tire quickly, with the help of "Drea ", the sweet lady behind the desk. The young man saw that it was quickly put on the rim and put it back into the trunk. He was so nice and such an upbeat guy. His name tag said Smiley. I just want to say thank you! The service was the bomb.com!
