I had originally gone to this location to replace a tire that had exploded when driving on the…read morehighway, which they had replaced but did not inform me on missing lug nuts which would hinder any later repairs on that same tire in the future. Went over again for a tire rotation and was told that the operation was not necessary for my vehicle, which I repeatedly asked for confirmation and the worker there informed me I "would be wasting my money" if I had done the service. Upon driving on my road trip, my tire on the opposite side of another tire I had replaced at this location had then exploded, stranding me on the side of the road. Lack of professionalism and communication I would not recommend this spot.

This place takes in way too many orders than he can handle. Not everyone can afford to leave their vehicle for weeks or months because it's our only transportation. And when he finally answered his business phone "he was very rude" and treated me as if I were just born. He said he fix the cars first come first serve and I said cool then you can tell me what number my car is. And he told me no that it doesn't work like that. As it turned out my car was at least number 37 and I say that because my car was the 37th car from Car Mart and he sent them all back to the dealership Because he couldn't tell me where my car was on his "first come first serve" list. This guy had a temper tantrum....I do not and will never recommend Double D Automotive to anyone....this guy would not answer the phone for Car Mart; he is rude; he has absolutely no clue where your car is on the list; he takes on more work than he can reasonably handle.
