Went over again for a tire rotation and was told that the operation was not necessary for my vehicle, which I repeatedly asked for confirmation and the worker there informed me I "would be wasting my money" if I had done the service. Upon driving on my road trip, my tire on the opposite side of another tire I had replaced at this location had then exploded, stranding me on the side of the road. Lack of professionalism and communication I would not recommend this spot.

Double D does not deserve even 1 star! My car was at this garage for 9 days to get a hub and CVC…read morejoint replaced. During the 9 days I was never able to get an update. This place takes in way too many orders than he can handle. Not everyone can afford to leave their vehicle for weeks or months because it's our only transportation. And when he finally answered his business phone "he was very rude" and treated me as if I were just born. He said he fix the cars first come first serve and I said cool then you can tell me what number my car is. And he told me no that it doesn't work like that. As it turned out my car was at least number 37 and I say that because my car was the 37th car from Car Mart and he sent them all back to the dealership Because he couldn't tell me where my car was on his "first come first serve" list. This guy had a temper tantrum....I do not and will never recommend Double D Automotive to anyone....this guy would not answer the phone for Car Mart; he is rude; he has absolutely no clue where your car is on the list; he takes on more work than he can reasonably handle. I'm old, I go to the doctors 3 times a month, I'm surgery next month...none of that matters. So if you only have one vehicle don't take to him.

I chose to order my new car from Service Automall. They have been very good to me. They gave me a…read moregreat price and I shopped around a lot!! They sat me down at their computer to look over their shoulder when placing my order to insure I got every option I wanted. When my new car was dielivered, it had a bad speaker from the factory. Their Service Department went above and beyond treating me with courtesy and providing me the use of a loaner car while mine was in for warranty work. The speaker problem was difficult to diagnose. They worked closely with GM engineers and found and fixed the problem. If you live anywhere near Ada, please give these guys a chance. They gave me a very competitive price and provided me with friendly home-town service after the sale.

Go to them today and they say there is nothing they can do, wouldn't even help find who painted it. Act like your best friend and buddy tell they have you out the door.
