From the moment I walked in, the management team was present, engaged, and genuinely kind. You can tell right away that they care about both the work and the people coming through the door. The crew had great communication the entire time--no guessing, no runaround, just clear updates and solid work. I honestly think this shop gets overlooked because of its location, but it shouldn't. These guys did an amazing job, and the results were exactly what I asked for. Pricing was more than fair, and they're veteran-friendly, which I really respect. Big shoutout to Sue--she was kind to every single person who walked through the door, and that kind of leadership shows in the whole team. They had my truck Friday into Saturday, and I really appreciate that they took their time to do it right instead of rushing through it. I've never seen such great work ever. No one can compete with them. I've been going to McNutt's since they opened. The owner is one of the most honest men I know and he is an outstanding mechanic. He also has a towing business and I promise he will be prompt and not a scratch will be made on your auto. I don't do reviews. I mostly just appreciate the good things quietly, but after much thought, I understood that people (like me) need to let others know when you have a business like this that you (me) can recommend. 5 stars and I would give 6 if I could
