It's not right to list a price and then not honor it. I understand that mistakes happen but dealers should make these situations right. Instead, we drove off with a dirty SUV, a broken center console, warning lights on, burned-out headlight bulbs, an oil light on, and less than 1/8 tank of gas. Less than a month later, the A/C quit completely, blowing only hot air. When I called Fred, he initially said he would check with the service department and get back to me. After I had to call him again, he told me there was nothing they could do because it was a "wholesale" vehicle and even admitted, "Yes," when I asked if they had sold us a lemon.
