She was out of town and didn't know anyone here and it was 4:55. I called the 2 tire stores that were within a few blocks of here and they wouldn't help her. But, when I called Ada Alignment and Tire they brought out an air tank, aired up her tire and then she followed the man to the tire shop to get her flat fixed after hours. What business does that? Ada alignment and Tire care about people. I won't use any other tire shop.

Upon driving on my road trip, my tire on the opposite side of another tire I had replaced at this location had then exploded, stranding me on the side of the road. Lack of professionalism and communication I would not recommend this spot.

In my case, I needed a special sized BMW tire for my car, they could not get it from any of their sources, so I found it on the internet, brought it to them, and they gladly and inexpensively mounted and balanced them for me. Now those big box stores in the City would never do that for you, or if they did it would be a big price with some pushy salesperson trying to sell you all sorts of junk you don't need. Johnson's is a decent place to go.
