Dustin was great, I was installing my kid's car seats in my car and my son accidentally hit the lock button. My kids and my keys were both locked in the car. Aside from police, Dustin showed up as soon as the call was made and safely opened my door and got my keys so I could get to my kids. 10/10 recommend this business to anyone! read more

Great service! The owner went out of his way to take care of my son and I when we broke down on I-35.

I was initially very impressed with the gentlemen who towed my vehicle after our wreck on a Friday. He was very polite and friendly. I asked him to take my vehicle to a body shop around the corner but he told me that the body shop was full and they wouldn't be able to until at least Monday. In my ignorance, I agreed. Turns out he just wanted to take it to the tow yard and force payment for holding it for the weekend. He even went as far to say that he never said that the body shop couldn't take my vehicle, as if someone would make that up. This company then proceeded to give everyone a hard time and was VERY uncooperative. Very shady and looking to screw people over. Would NEVER recommend. read more

Says 24 hrs 7 days a week with a phone number but they don't answer the phone very unprofessional, inconvenient, and rude especially with the voicemail unavailable and saying they close at five impound still charging me but can not seem to find the time within their "24/7" time frame seems to be a bad business toward me read more
