I have a nice warranty on the car with the leaky tire so I will continue to let them service that vehicle until it needs new ones. Once I contact them about the nuts being gone from my pickup, I will go elsewhere from now on with it. I'm sure these guys will make this right with me, the manager is a very good guy. The Honda design would require a significant amount of work to be completed (big $$). I was expecting a bill for $200 in parts and 8-10 hours of labor. When I contacted them, they gave me the run around, saying the oil pan was warped when I wasn't, then it's the gasket blew out cause I drove on the highway after they supposedly fixed it. It took me 6mp to save thatoney, and another 6mo to find another mechanic who showede all this, that Jeff and his son did to my vehicle. Most likely either from an air wrench or battery operated guns. I have reached out to them, I get the run around. Then they're gonna do this and fix it, and then not, and now they're in messages I have agreeing to at least HALF the money back, and again it has gone silent. Didnt want them to get sprayed with it. Up on the lift and they found a screw hole. A quick plug, checked all the tires and rolled me out. No cost, but I made sure to tip the guys doing the tires. Always a good thing. Harrington is a great place to get oil changes, tires and other small jobs. Pretty much a first come first serve for most things. There is a diner right next door to wait at or they have a waiting area inside and out. Great local business.
