And today I just noticed that 2 lug nuts were left off my front passenger side of my pickup the last time I was there a couple weeks ago. This is a place that specializes in tires, there is No excuse for this. I have a nice warranty on the car with the leaky tire so I will continue to let them service that vehicle until it needs new ones. Once I contact them about the nuts being gone from my pickup, I will go elsewhere from now on with it. I'm sure these guys will make this right with me, the manager is a very good guy. However this really scared me because when I go to a store specializing in tires I assume they will mount a wheel correct. Always inspect the work you receive, it could be a life or death issue.

The Honda design would require a significant amount of work to be completed (big $$). I was expecting a bill for $200 in parts and 8-10 hours of labor. Didnt want them to get sprayed with it. Up on the lift and they found a screw hole. A quick plug, checked all the tires and rolled me out. No cost, but I made sure to tip the guys doing the tires. Always a good thing. Harrington is a great place to get oil changes, tires and other small jobs. Pretty much a first come first serve for most things. There is a diner right next door to wait at or they have a waiting area inside and out. Great local business.
