I asked why no one had called to let me know they were out of the sauce before preparing my order, and the manager simply replied, "Yeah, someone should have called you," handed me my refund receipt, and that was the end of the conversation. There was no apology, no empathy, and no attempt to make the situation right. Mistakes happen, but communication and customer service make all the difference. A simple phone call could have saved me the trip and the wait.

With the lime squeezed over the top and added salsa, it was extremely tasty. The pickle spears were seasoned in the batter and the spicy ranch it came with was really good. I'd recommend Monk's to a sports fan looking for some quick bar food and games to watch. I'd come back to try a famous burger or some wings!

Long green couches line the ends of the hitting bays, as well as a coffee table and some high top tables and chairs. There is plenty of room for your party, and the only complaint I have is that it would be nice if there were bag stands - I felt like all of our golf bags were in the way a bit. Otherwise it's very spacious and open! When you step up to hit the ball, there are easy to use buttons that mechanically put the ball on the tee for you. You can then knock it down if you want to hit off the mat and/or putt. I like that there are also buttons if you want to move the tee up and down, and you can use the computer screen to aim when putting to take into account any break. It really is simple to use and very fun! Next time I will probably check out the Middleton location instead, as it's closer to me, but overall this is in a great area and I highly recommend it!
