They need a round of applause for coming up with some of the tastiest unique burger creations ever such as their Poker Ho Burger, Lotza Motza Burger, and Players Burger. Because of that, it's hard to see how this could be labeled as a women's sports bar at all. About half of the beer taps were down, making the tap beer options limited. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and for a newer bar, I would have thought they would try to acknowledge their guests to make them feel welcome, to help drive return business. Unfortunately, we will be going to a different bar to watch the rest of the Women's NCAA tournament. We came with a group of 10, specifically to watch the UConn vs. Notre Dame women's basketball game, and asked if the game could be shown on the big screen. We were told yes, but then saw the screen being put up without any explanation or communication about what was happening, which was confusing and frustrating, leaving us watching the smaller screens around the room. With more attention to detail towards being a women's sports bar, better marketing towards being a women's sports bar, clearer communication when necessary, and all taps working for a better beer variety, this bar could be much better.

They occasionally have live music, but it's acoustic, so it doesn't get too loud in the tiny space. It's far enough away from downtown that it doesn't get obnoxiously crowded. We joined a table of friends who were finishing their meal, as there were open chairs at their table which was next to an open table for two. The waitress came over. We said "hi" and asked to place our dinner order, start a separate check so our friends could cash out. We offered to move to the nearby separate table for two, as this sounded upsetting to the staffer as she said she was getting off and couldn't take our order. We said that was fine and she could send over another staffer, we wanted to make things easy. But she just left, and was clearly angry at us. Eventually someone else came to take our order. Took quite a while to get the food and drinks, but they were good, especially the french fries. But then we were told we could not pay for our order, as it had been added to our friends' tab and they had unknowingly already paid for us when they cashed out. It was weird. We are sorry to have upset the waitress, but not sure what we could have done differently, as there was no one there to seat us and we thought we could sit at an open table or join our friends. Neither seemed to work for her that night. I would return for another visit. I like the neighborhood feel and free street parking.
