Wow! So I drove over one of the inspection tubes of my drain field with the tractor (oops). I…read morecalled them and Chris promptly put in a service order for me and before I even knew it they came in a fixed it! They didn't even bother to ring the bell because of "social distancing" guidelines in effect. They did a clean fantastic job and save me World of trouble for sure. Thank you!

We were referred to Yeskas by our realtor when we purchased our home. I inquired online and told…read morethem we needed the septic pump, a new lid cap, and a new float alarm (per our inspection it needed to be replaced). I will say, they were very understanding when we had to reschedule due to our house closing being delayed and Mr. Yeska himself came out to look for the septic tank since the original owner of the home died and we did not know where it was. We appreciated this. However, when they pumped the septic, they did not mention anything about the float alarm and they said they would return to instead install a riser and not a lid. After several days without a call to discuss further, I called Yeskas and they scheduled this for a specific time. Unfortunately, the person who installed both came earlier than scheduled and no one was home. We would have preferred the float alarm be tested with us home. Of course they could not have tested it because they could not get in the house. Thankfully, we tested it ourselves and it does work. Furthermore, I was never told how much a float alarm nor the riser would be ahead of time. It is fine that the riser + float alarm were 555$ total, but no one informed me of this. In fact, the only prices I was informed of were the septic pump at 290$ with cash + the lid at 60$. Overall, I am not sure if I will be using Yeskas in the future.
