They did a fantastic job and fixed a job that Schuler Services did not complete. They were fast, reliable, and fixed the problem.

I had two very positive experiences with Odenheimer Co. I highly recommend them for their…read moreresponsiveness, high quality of work and for their commitment to actually solving the well problems (even if it meant less profit for them in our case). In short: At the 1st property troubleshooting and well pump replacement was complete within a few hours of calling on a Friday! At the 2nd property mom's well had gone completely dry and Odenheimer was able to lower the pump opposed to drilling a new well. Significant stress relieve in both cases! I found Hunter's (owner) attitude to be aligned with "doing the right thing" opposed to "making the most money possible". Details: At the 1st property: Our well appeared like it was going dry for 3 days. Lost water pressure entirely multiple times. I called on a Friday around 11AM, talked to Hunter within a few minutes told him I was worried the well was running dry. He said that could be the case but wanted to rule out other causes before assuming a deeper well was required. The team came was at the property 2 hours later, troubleshooted 35+ year old pump in about 5-8 minutes (was drawing high current and overheat shutdown), replaced well pump with an upgraded model within a few hours. Was so thankful job was done same day! At the 2nd property: Mom's well had gone dry over the winter and recovered in spring. Was concerned well would go dry again. Other well drilling companies said a new well was required which is obviously costly. Hunter wanted to double check all options before drilling a new well (which he was happy to do if required). The team was able to lower the existing pump after taking careful measurements of including water flow rate, table, various pump/well heights etc. All said I couldn't be happier! Also glad to speak with a knowledgeable person right away (opposed to having the phone answered by AI!)

I can't say enought good things about Odenheimer and the people I worked with. My pump failed in…read morethe winter and they replaced it quickly at a good price. 7 months later the new pump failed, or so I thought. They replaced the pump for free and told me I had a poor producing well. They proved that to me so I had them come to deepen the well. The new deeper well produces fantastically and they went to a lot of effort to avoid some trees, which was hard and cleaned up afterward. After all that, it was a very fair price, even cheap for what they went through. I will tell everyone I know about them.

Dealt with them only twice in my lifetime- both times they saved our hide. The first was back in…read more2015 when another "company" had convinced my elderly parents they needed to replace the entire pipeline from the house to the sewer in the street. Essig ran cameras thru the pipes revealing no compromise in the lines thus, saving my parents thousands & performing a simple de-clog. The second time was a few weeks ago when a very old, unmaintained, oil furnace quit in the middle of a deep freeze leaving my elderly mother with Dementia without heat. They "repaired" the furnace enough to buy us some time to make a decision regarding replacement & even made a house call off the clock when my mother accidentally thru the kill switch on the heater. They were efficient in the install of the new heater & helped me orchestrate the service without being present (I live out of town) in a trustworthy manner.

And never mind that I arranged MY schedule around them . This is not the first time this has happened with them - do you really mean to tell me that you already have emergencies scheduled in to August so you can't service my unit -which I purchased from you because you said the one I had was old and needed to be replaced. And forget actually talking to someone in the office - all you get is an answering service
