My consultation with Allegra last year has made a tremendous difference in my eating/exercising…read morehabits. It took me about four to six months to see the changes I wanted (not a "quick fix"), but these changes have been sustainable over the past year + . With increased marketing for things like "high protein" foods/smoothies, it was difficult for me to figure out what kinds of foods I needed to eat to be/feel healthy. I really appreciated Allegra's moderate approach to nutrition (e.g., 80/20 rule, exercising in moderation, etc.). Prior to consultation, Allegra will ask you to send a food log and she will provide feedback on what you eat (e.g., ways to change/modify your eating habits). She identified patterns in my eating habits and sent me some great recipes. She also gave me some guidelines for looking at the nutritional information of foods when I go grocery shopping.

On 2015…read morei wanted to loose weight so I decide that I was going to set a reasonable goal, I was going to loose 10 pounds but at the end of the year I didn't reach that goal and even worse i gain weight. So in January 2016 I decided that i was going to see a nutrisionist and then it was when I meet Allegra and I can say that she is very profesional and has a lot of knowledge, she has help my wife and I a lot and like I said in just 4 months i was able to lost 25lbs and we are feeling great!
