She is educated in the health field. She offered recipes, websites, and other health related topics. With her coaching, I learned a lot about food and food choices. I learned to be accountable for my choices. You have to put the work in. Ramona guides you with questions and topics to help you along the way. Again you have to put the work in. Ramona also give your 2 week summary of your sessions. If you're looking for a health coach, I recommend Ramona. I lost 13 pounds. When I started the focus was on losing weight but after the during the sessions my focas changed to better food choices and now I'm cooking more and trying new recipes which is better for me. I'm gradually going to plant-based foods and recipes. I also lost a dress size. I'll continue with my health journey. Thank you Ramona.. Lisa Short

We examined every aspect of my life; spirituality, career, education, finances, joy, social life, relationships, home environment, home cooking, physical activity, health, and creativity. I learned that as tough as it might be, it's important to be healthy in every area. She worked with me to identify troubled areas and made adjustments to maximize my health. I believe increasing mindfulness was the most helpful improvement I made. I achieved this decluttering my home environment, increasing my me time with relaxation and meditation, increasing exercise and paying closer attention to what I eat. I have not implemented all of the tools that she introduced, but the ones I have implemented have made a big difference. And what's really good is that I can go back and review the take aways from each session when I'm ready to and add more tools to my wellness arsenal as I see fit. It was a great experience.
