I booked my appointment for my first Brazilian wax ever and my cousin book her appointment for her first facial ever. The location is in a beautiful location. The facility is adorable, & clean. I am so excited to have a new place to get a facial & waxing. Mandie made me feel at ease & comfortable. The fist time I ever got a Brazilian Wax & man it was interesting. All the while Mandie was kind & patience. I didn't even feel rushed. I went back for a 2nd time and it was easier and I even got my under arm wax. I am all set for my 3rd appointment! As soon as I walked in I just got a good vibe- the walls are painted this nice teal color, like the color of a tropical ocean- it's really decorated like a place that is named "Beach Ready" and it just puts you at ease. Although, it's kind of hidden in that strip mall, I drove past it my first time, but once you find it you're good to go. I got my brows done by Kim- she did an incredible job! I just wanted a clean up to make my brows look put together again and she just did amazing, got them all tweezed and trimmed and I am just so happy with them. Kim was just the sweetest gal, we had a good flow of conversation the whole time and it didn't feel forced, it was just nice and enjoyable. It was also super easy to make an appointment online through their website, and you can put your credit card info on their before you even go for a visit and then they will just charge your card after you go, and you don't even have to worry about bringing payment with you, which is so nice. I haven't gotten any of the other waxes done here, but the brow appointment only took about 15 minutes including filling out the beginning information, so it's a super quick, easy process as well. Obviously other waxes take more time, but just overall I was so happy with my experience here! They have another location in Brandon as well.

When I went back my esthetician Melanie was very accommodating and asked lots of questions to make sure she was giving me the best service and to accomplish what I want from the service.
