Well, in about just 10 days - that's less than two weeks, more than half of the lash extensions fell off, while my natural lashes did not. Contacted this woman who is supposed to be the owner and the worker who applied the lash extensions on me, and went back and forth multiple times about her poor quality of work. She seemed to offer (through vague language ) half the refund. After my pointing out the full failure of her work and failure at consultation (she should've pointed out if I was not a candidate of here work or she could not deliver the promised service). it seemed to a point that she would issue my refund. NOPE. No refund at all. I had to jump through many hoops to get my financial institute involved to dispute her BAD eyelash extension service and WORST customer service. Luckily my financial institute agreed with me and I won the dispute. For a $270 charge by this kind of work. Y'all should know to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!

I read a lot of KC Lash's reviews and was impressed. I contacted Kristen via Yelp and had an appointment for the next afternoon. I told her I would need a fill. Unfortunately Kristen said there was too much glue to do a fill. She washed my lashes, that had never been done before. Then she went to work.
