Well, this was disappointing. I made an appointment as a new patient. Received a confirmation email and text. Arrived on the day of my appointment and they did not have me on the schedule.. they said they could have me get x-rays but couldn't do a cleaning. I'm flexible, that's fine. Unfortunately, 45-minutes later, I still wasn't seen. I asked for my patient file back and left. The receptionists both seemed nice and confused as to what happened. Totally impressed with the staff and service from start to finish. All my questions were answered and service was great. They worked with me and my insurance. (Humana Medicare) I got just what I needed without excessive pressure for unneeded procedures. They took me and my wife in the very next day of our phone call. The place nice and friendly. I had been to this office few years back. Now under different dentist, got appointment same day, as my back tooth broke. Turned out both top back teeth needed work, they are crowns. The one that broke was done at their office. I was sent to a specialist to asses & treat the joining tooth, as the root canal wasn't done right by Texas dentist. After viewing the X-rays, the root canal specialist said the tooth was not treatable. I don't have insurance so I was very concerned about cost, so was grateful for the review of X-rays without seeing me. I called back Sunshine & related the information & was told to expect a call back on Monday, (it was Friday), I said ok thanks. The girl who answered the phone that afternoon sounded annoyed, not like the usual receptionist. Monday came no call, I called before they closed, the orig. receptionist said my "dentist" doesn't work on Monday. Ok, so she promised 1st thing Tues she would give him my message. Well it now been 8 days & I never heard back from them! I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior. Guess no insurance or unlimited cash on hand, no service. Run away! read more

I will keep posting my bad experience with this dentist in the event to warn other's to make sure you get a second opinion if you are told you need a bridge. These pics are the bridge Dr. Arianna Clayton put on me and she did not cement it properly because open margins were left which caused a tooth to decay from food getting in and had to have a root canal and the bridge replaced. My dad went to this facility and did some X-rays on the year 2021. My dad had optimum insurance and this dentist charged him 59 dollars for a deductible that my dad paid. Fast forward to 2024 they sent him a text stating that he owed his deductible. The lady that was speaking to my dad stated that the guy in charge of the payments quit the company and didn't submit any documentation of this payment and because this was 3 years ago my dad didn't have any evidence that he paid it. My dad spoke with optimum insurance and they state that they have no record of this facility sending them any information of the process he got done so they don't understand what deductible they charge my dad. If you get any services donde here please be aware that every time they change personal your information can get lost or never put on the system always ask for the persons name last name there work position and a detail receipt of what you paid for and hang it on a wall just in case 3 to 4 or even 10 years later they come back saying that you never paid . I had an appointment yesterday to have a crown recemented, a crown Sunshine smiles put in about three years ago. When I approached the the front desk I noticed one of the women there was wearing her mask as a chin strap the other with it below her nose. I was given a form to fill out stating I hadn't been out of the country lately and asking if I had a fever etc. I then made the remark that out of the US would probably be safer now and the response from Samantha was she didn't believe in the virus. As I was taken to the exam room I noticed another staffer mask less leaning into another exam room having a conversation with the people there. Clayton due to a missing left top smile tooth.the 2 things that stood out the graveyard and stellletto's.they fixed my tooth beautifully.i have cancelled more times than not...im a big ole sissy and get actually sick the day b.4! I should have read updated reviews before returning. WOW. I can only speak on the Receptionist and Hygienist. While the Receptionist could have been more knowledgeable and given accurate information-she was polite. As far as the Hygienist, I walked out. This Dentist just needs to let this one go. Right from the beginning, salty as hell. She basically decided she did not want to do my cleaning before I even sat down. The Receptionist fit me in last minute (45 minute notice@3pm) The Hygienist probably thought she was getting to go home early. Shame on you- don't take this out on your patients. Instead she shamed me for not having a dental exam in a while. I let her finish and politely corrected her that I just had one 4 months ago, I live in two places. Then proceeded to tell me it's the law and she cannot do a cleaning without an exam. If this was an issue why would I not be told this on the phone when I clarified this very information with the Receptionist or request X-rays sent from my other Dentist BEFORE rushing to make this appointment and BEFORE being shamed by the extremely rude, uncaring, and unhelpful Hygienist ? **I am editing my review since this business is threatening me with a lawsuit stating that I was not factual.** My first visit was NOT "initial visit with, exam, x-rays and cleaning. It was: Initial visit, and x-rays. I didn't get my teeth cleaned for another few months. Miscommunication between staff and management is horrible. Warning!!! Get copies of everything they show you on paper, and DOUBLE CHECK with your insurance company what has been billed. Care Credit maybe convenient. They have been my dentists since purchasing the business and I can't praise them enough. They are caring, gentle and very professional. As for the office manager - to refer to him as a "used car salesman" - how rude. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. They perform quality dentistry -your smile says it all. I can't be happier. Oh by the way, I was petrified of having dental work done. Not with Dr. Delle-Donne and Dr. Clayton. They informed me that in this day age dental procedures should be painless. Dr. Clayton and her staff are absolutely AMAZING! They take the time to get to know their patients and they treat you like family. The front desk personnel are friendly, polite and courteous. The on staff hygienists are personable and take the time to make sure you're comfortable while they do your cleanings. Dr. Clayton's right hand office manager/assistant is out of this world. She keeps you informed of what's going on with your care plan, ensures that during your procedures there's minimal to no discomfort, eases your anxiety and assists with whatever she can to make sure you're ok. There's so much I could say about Dr. Clayton as she's so down to earth, makes you feel good about coming to see her, does amazing work and truly goes above and beyond to help make your smile the best it can be. Called and set up an appointment for a teeth cleaning. Arrived at scheduled date and time and was put through 19 x-rays. Dentist stated that her assistant would then set up a DATE and TIME for my teeth cleaning and left the room. WHAT!!!!! Obviously I thought she was kidding but then found out that she wasn't. I explained that I can't come back, I had already taken the morning off of work and that I had expected (like any normal person would) to get my teeth cleaned as scheduled. The dentist then stated that a two day process is exactly what is normal protocol for all dentist's and that it is written that way in the "Book of Dentistry". She also claimed that it is illegal to do it any other way. Are you kidding me! I explained to the dentist that I along with most people have a JOB and cannot take off several days just to get a teeth cleaning and that she should re-visit her business plan and strategies. I would warn any potential customers of this business to find another dentist. read more
