I first reached out via their Yelp page to inquire about an appointment. They were super responsive even during the days they were closed. You do have to place a credit card on file when you make your appointment. They also contacted me a few hours prior to let me know the hairstylist was available if I'd like to come in sooner which I greatly appreciated. Upon walking in, I was greeted immediately and after completing the new client forms, I was offered a refreshment. I went with red wine and was so surprised at this kindness. My hairstylist was Lindsay and she was AWESOME. She asked me questions and double checked with me on everything she was doing. I ended up going for a drastic cut and she made me feel very reassured about my choice. You get a discount too for it being your first time! Already looking forward to going back for my next trim.

The salon is a little place in the back parking area off Farmington near Penzey Spices and Grants. Kelly and the other girls were so friendly and welcoming. When I sat down with Kelly she asked what I was looking for, if I had an pics, etc. I didn't have a pic so I described what I wanted. She totally got it. I left there LOVING the way my hair looked and thinking what a nice experience this was that I wanted to write a Yelp review about it. Kelly is SO nice, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable about what she does. No one is pushing products on you at the end. The whole salon has a very laid-back feel, and I loved it. Can't wait to go back and try some of the other things I've seen reviewers raving about here. Thank you (todah raba), Kelly! :)
