Our family has been coming to Body Secrets for manicures, pedicures, massages, & facials for 20-30+…read moreyears because they're the best! As we have moved over the years, we have tried other places, but always come back to Body Secrets, even if we have to drive longer. They are SO clean--and we are very particular about this aspect (especially with me being in healthcare)--so you feel safe and comfortable enough to truly relax! They are truly attentive to your every need--warm neck wraps, something to drink, massage chairs, catering the service to your needs, etc. Their manicures and pedicures are fantastic and truly spa-quality, with quality products, a relaxing atmosphere, attention to every detail, great massages, exfoliation, everything. I recently went there for a mother-daughter spa day with a massage and pedi for me, facial and pedi for my mom. Dawn gave one of the best (probably the best) massage I've ever had. I told her I'm the type that usually has trouble relaxing, and areas of my body tend to get painful and spasm from massage--so she truly made it a relaxing experience, with me feeling so comfortable I wasn't even self conscious (like I usually am), and my painful areas actually felt amazing! She did such an amazing massage!!!! She tied in aromatherapy, hot stones, deep and light massage, in such a skilled, relaxing way! Highly, highly recommend! My mom's skin was glowing after her facial--she looked great and loved it! Our pedicures were amazing too! I appreciated how they made it such a fun spa experience for both of us, with attention to our every need, every detail, and our feet and nails look amazing! I also love this place because everyone here is genuinely really nice..they're truly good people. Talking with them is so enjoyable bc they are such kind, wonderful people, really listening, remembering us, and caring. Also, it's a family business (mother, daughters, etc), which makes it even nicer and is so great to support! I've had many manicures and several waxes there in the past, all of which have been great experiences too! Highly recommend Body Secrets for all your hair, massages, mani/pedi, facial, and waxing needs! If you haven't been to Body Secrets, or haven't been recently, I HIGHLY recommend changing that and going to them!

I got the head spa along with the arm and foot massage. As several other reviewers have mentioned,…read morethe staff spent quite a bit of time chatting with each other. The whole point of coming here is to relax, so a quieter atmosphere would have made the experience much more enjoyable. The space itself felt calming and relaxing, but the constant chatter took away from that. For the head spa treatment, I was expecting more use of the signature semicircular water flow over the head. Instead, most of the wash was done using a regular handheld shower, similar to what you would experience at a salon. The semicircular feature was only used briefly. One other thing that surprised me was being asked directly for a tip at the end of the service. I would have tipped anyway, but I've never had anyone explicitly ask for one before, so it felt a little awkward. Overall, the experience was decent, but there are definitely areas where it could better match the relaxing experience that many customers are looking for.
