Reading their services, I paid for the "Deep Clean", which offered extra services such as cleaning the molding and the inside of the fridge. I paid over $200 for this. The day comes, and the lady arrives and spent a few hours in our apartment. At first sight, it seemed OK. She wiped the sinks and cleaned the floors. But upon further inspection, there was nothing "deep" about the clean. Tables, dressers, moldings, doors, counters and more, all dusty and precisely the same as before. The bathroom mirror was cloudy and sticky. Counters were sticky and had food marks. The inside of the fridge was untouched. I contacted the company through email, and at first, they were very apologetic, saying the lady was new, and they offered a refund, which I thought was the least they could do as my family was coming the very next day. But then weeks went by and the refund never arrived. More weeks go by, and no refund or communication. I contact them again and they say "they'd look into it." More time goes by, nothing. I ended up just disputing the charge to get my money back. I do not recommend.

The move out clean was supposed to include sweeping/mopping, bathrooms, countertops, cabinets (inside and out), window sills. I also paid extra for a garage sweep-out. For a total of $430. The only thing they did was 1 bathtub and the window sills. The cabinets had not been wiped (they're black so they show everything), floors had more debris than before they arrived, didn't mop, master bath shower stall wasn't touched at all, countertops had water rings on them. There was unflushed urine in one of the toilets. The garage was never swept. They claimed it was a 5 person crew. I contacted the company and was offered either a partial refund or they could "finish" the job. I opted for the refund since I don't trust them to complete the job. They said they would issue a $140 refund out of the $430. This, for a job I'm having to ultimately do myself. If you hire them, either be there for an immediate walk through or be prepared to get ripped off.

So, I believed them and said just to go ahead and fix it, because I want my AC to be reliable. During the process, they fried my AC circuit board. To the credit of the technician, he did admit that they had crossed some wires. But I was without AC for 5 days due to their negligence. When they finally fixed it the next week, the owner had the nerve to send me a bill for $250. When I balked at receiving a bill at all, Ginger (rude phone answerer) reluctantly agreed to reduce it to $125. Now she is leaving me daily phone messages, and has threatened to turn me over to collections if I don't pay it. And now she says I owe $250 again. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Incompetent. I would not use them. You don't charge customers when you break their AC for 5 days.

Precision has been providing our family exceptional service for many years…read more Actually, it all started for us (before we got married) when my wife's heat went out during a bad winter storm. Larry himself (co-owner with Kathe) drove over - in the freezing cold and snowy roads - and got her heat back on. We have been using them ever since. Several years ago when my mother's attic unit was having problems, we had called another company to check it out. We were quoted $1,800 for only a repair. I called Precision and Larry came out - within an hour of receiving my call - on a Saturday. He was able to make the repair as part of the service call for less than $1,800. Larry did correctly suggest that her original attic unit should be replaced within a year. Seeing that the base unit was more than 50 years old, I knew he was right. We went with Precision for the new unit to be installed instead of the first company. Kathe even came out as they were installing the new unit; she is a pleasure to work with. After Precision replaced the unit, there was a problem - on a Sunday evening - and Evan drove up from Hernando, MS and was able to make some repairs to hold us over until the repairs were made. These folks truly do go "above and beyond" when it comes to providing quality, timely service. This includes everyone from Amanda's fielding of every call to Larry and Kathy coordinating everyone - as well as each technician who has helped us through the years. We highly recommend these folks to anyone who wants quality Heat and A/C service. You deserve it too - call them!

I agreed to do a monthly cleaning program, which was about $200 monthly plus tips. (More than previous cleaning places I've used in the past). I recently dropped my work to part time and I am now only needing cleanings once every 6 months. When I called to reschedule I was told they doubled their price and questioned if I had "other professional cleanings elsewhere in between", when in fact I clean my own home on a regular basis--I just prefer deep cleanings professionally now and then. The person on the phone was short and cut me off a few times. I will never use this place again due to the poor customer service and feeling ripped off.
